The FedEx drop is inside the walgreens, near the checkout counter. Frank and Fatima helped me register the drop, the process took less than 2 minutes. I had already attached a label to my package.

This FedEx drop off location is just like the Walgreens it’s in - the worst. Save yourself a yuck experience that likely won’t get your package mailed anyway and go a few blocks down Pike to the Convention Center to the full service FedEx where they are great.

Avoid place for FedEx. It’s inside a Walgreens, and the people at the register were rude when I was asking a question about the service. They said I had to go to another location which they said was a simple 5 block walk. Horrible customer service.

Piece of advice: avoid this location to hold your packages. The staff is friendly. However, first time I used the location to redirect a package they took a while to find it. Second time I used it, the package was there according to FedEx but the location didn't have it on their system. It took three searches and a long call to FedEx to find the misplaced package. I've learned my lesson.
