If you have to return batteries I dont recommend this location. They will not ship batteries back to vendors when needing to return the product.

Not a full FedEx ship and print site. If you have a package that you need to have returned based off of a QR code you received by email, this location doesn't have any scanners to scan a QR code. You basically need to have your label already printed and applied to your package and then they can ship it.

Very kind, helpful, and professional employees! Answered all my questions, and helped me ship something when I had no idea what I was doing, haha. A business partner said she uses this location a lot and had never had issues. Glad I took her recommendation!

Not a real FedEx, won't accept almost any package and even if your package has postage paid for, they will charge you again and at a rate the employee decides to make up.

They don’t accept electronics or anything that contains batteries for shipments. You have to go to an actual FedEx location for that.
