Went in today and got rounded corners passport photos. This is a bit stressful and not sure they'll accept it given all examples everywhere have straight edges / corners.

They said that my small package for delivery will be 100$ but I’m always sending packages for fedex , and I said that is expensive and go to another fedex , there I paid only 50$ , The service was terrible, he put that amount on purpose because I didn't see all the information. There was also a problem with box insurance, I said to add $ 1,500, but he said that there is no such service , that there is only $ 100 , although I constantly send with insurance and I know that every fedex has box insurance, in general I do not advise , the service of people is very bad

Managed by nice, friendly and helpful folks. Been here multiple times for sending couriers, taking passport photos, buying generic stationery supplies etc.

The gentleman behind the counter couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Watched him send 2 people back for packaging on returns. It’s a store full of envelopes.

Packages requiring a signature repeatedly have been fraudulently signed by someone other than the addressee. Packages instead left out on porch in the rain. Multiple occurrences of this for packages delivered out of this center.

Don’t ever go here. Go to the UPS store 1 minute away instead. Extremely unhelpful and unkind staff from the moment I walked in to the time I left. They told me to email my document to a specific email with no other instructions to print it. Had to go out two more times to ask how the process worked. They were so unhelpful I thought I was on a prank show. They told me the email response should take “5 to 15” minutes. 3 days later I’m still waiting for the email response. People need to drop their egos and attitudes when they come to work.

We had the most wonderful experience at this location—Ben was a pleasure to work with and he was helping us out with printing out a flyer and having to go through multiple copies. He was so patient and was cracking jokes the entire time. He’s the best!
