I really appreciated being able to talk with a professional in person who could offer advice on the best options. Dustin at the Fedex print shop near University Village (Laurelhurst) was professional, helpful and responsive. The turnaround time was very quick. He provided guidance on what finish to do based on my needs. I also appreciated that the University District (NE 45th St) Fedex re-directed me to the Laurelhurst Fedex when I told him the poster size. All in all the in-person service at both locations was fantastic.

Just trying to print some documents here, both the staff and the core fedex tech resulted in more than an hour wasted. The staff did nothing but tell me to "wait longer" knowing that the fedex email system flags addresses seemingly at random, such that messages to the print-and-go system as well as the general emails system will simply fail to be delivered without warning. I wandered around this store, asking the staff for help at intervals, for more than an hour before (with some prodding) they suggested the email system might be to blame. To quote: "...email addresses get flagged all the time. Messages from my personal email for example never get delivered, they just go into the void and disappear". I changed it to my work email (after trying two different gmail accounts) and I was able to print my documents within 30 seconds. Hope my angry message here can save someone else some time.

I have used this FedEx to pickup IKEA boxes as well as for last minute print jobs for sheet music and random projects. Everyone here has been so friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to hire more folks as sometimes it can take a while when there's a rush.

My Favorite FedEx in the Seattle area. Every employee I've interacted with at this location has been extremely pleasant and helpful, with my sometimes complicated business printing needs. Large, well kept store with easy parking!

This place is beyond normal shipping stores. The employees here care about your demand and will try their best to help you. Jordan helped to deliver 11 big boxes and packed a desktop set for me. I didn’t move a finger and the price was very good.

The staff at this store is so nice, especially the guy with the bow-tie/hand tattoos. He helped me fax a time sensitive letter to the IRS when overnight would have been impossible and the deadline was the next day. You guys are the best, such great service. Thank you for helping me at such a critical time!!!

Rob and Justin were very very nice. And I appreciate their customer service and will go there instead of the UPS store if the UPS store continues to have poor reviews. But I experienced FedEx for myself and I'm very pleased. PS don't fax anything it'll cost $24. Very expensive.

I had a wonderful experience at this FedEx. My online print order had come through incorrectly, causing my book pages to be printed single-sided rather than double-sided. Despite the fact that it wasn’t his fault at all, the FedEx rep quickly offered to reprint the material at no charge! I was floored. This place has excellent service.

Seems strange to rate a FexEx, but I'm so pleased with the service at this FedEx. Laura, the assistant manager, helped me with the passport application, picture, and shipping. She answered all my nagging questions and had a lot of attention to detail. I really wanted to give Laura the shout out she deserves for the grade A customer service! Thank you! Office was clean and spacious and not very busy. Staff was extra friendly. The only con is that their printer was a little slow.
