I've used them countless times to print large format black and white and color presentations for my landscape design business. I've done this over a hundred times here in the past 15 years. I gave them a five star review 7 years ago, and just realized that I need to adjust that review down to 2 stars. I've always been able to bring in a jump drive with a file on it to print. I used to be able to hand it to the person at the counter, and they print it from behind the desk. A few years back they switched up to a new system where it's self-service, and that system is often malfunctioning. It also cannot print receipts, which I need for my business' records. For the past year or more, their printer always say my device is "unsupported." This is so ridiculous. So I always have to get the person behind the counter to plug it into their computer to print from there, which works fine, but sometimes they don't set the print settings right and I have to have them do it a second time. It's also silly because I have to attempt it from the self-service area, pretend I know it won't work, then ask them to plug in the drive to their computer for it to work from behind the desk, otherwise they'll charge extra for it not being "self service." This last time I printed I was in there for over 30 minutes. It used to take 5-10 mins every time. Finally, once it printed, the colors were dull and lifeless. I was so tired of troubleshooting by then, and by then would have been late for the presentation had I stuck around. Last time they commented "maybe time to get a new USB disk." Hmm, maybe they're right. On the other hand, maybe time for them to get a new printer. Even better, maybe time to get a new print shop.

Excellent service!!! Grace and Tim helped me out in a bind, and really went above and beyond, even staying late to help me get everything I needed! Wow! Hard to find good help like this these days. I' highly recommend!

After reading the previous reviews I didn't have high expectations. But, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly and they were really efficient with my project. Willie made it a very positive experience. It would be good to hire more people like him to raise your reviews

This place always gets my print order wrong. Today the girl said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. I want you to make it right. Just basic customer service. Not tell me you can’t fix it right now with an empty store or that your manager is in a meeting. Tell me you will make it right or give me a refund. Had to walk away and call the corporate number since she was so not helpful. I’d rather drive miles away to get this stuff done at this point.

Very poor service. Machines broken. Unqualified staff. Never will I return. Wasted 30 minutes for help now I will go someplace qualified to do my small printing jobs

The staff at this location are consistently patient and professional. I have never had a bad experience, and I come here a lot. I’ve done a lot of photo prints, shipping, and just random printing questions, and they are always eager and capable to help!

I specifically asked for the weight on my receipt for the pre-paid package I was dropping off. For some reason by default FedEx hides this information from customers so I always have to ask. Other locations input it for me just fine, but this guy refused. First he said "ok" but then he didnt provide it. I had to ask where is it, to which he then said he won't do it unless it's necessary. (Then why say ok?) I wouldn't have asked if it wasn't necessary for ME. Poor customer service on top of consistently slow delivery!

The woman who helped me today was very kind and professional. I got my prints exactly how I ordered them and didn't wait very long to get help. Good service all around!

Would have had my package shipped here but the person running the place locked the store doors despite me having my hands full of boxes to have shipped. He then assumed I wasn’t a customer and was a delivery person and came to assist me, only for me to inform him I just needed my boxes shipped which was much to his dismay. If the goal was awful customer service, the person running this place today gets 10/10.

Extremely inconsistent hours. I've never actually been inside because every time I have attempted to use this location, it's closed even when the hours say it should be open.

Understaffed. Got package held here for pickup and can't even get it because it's closed during normal operating hours with no accurate hours for when they return. That's what I get for trying to avoid getting my packages stolen off my doorstep in Seattle. (Updating) I called until someone picked up and he was at least nice when he answered and when I went to pickup my package. Beware the hours when trying to use this Office.

Went there Saturday morning and saw a sign says Temporarily closed. But the office hours are not updated. Wasted my time for a trip there.

Machine not working, both of them can't print! Not coming to FedEx again as they seems not able to make simple functionality work.
