The best FedEx location! I was trying to ship some ski bindings that are in weird shapes. Bruce the manager ended up looking through the entire store to help me look for the best box cut down the shipping cost. I’m so moved by his excellent customer service! So glad to have this office in our neighborhood!

I needed to get a PDF that had been downloaded to my phone printed. So I stopped at FedEx and they were able to get me to a printer that I was able to email the PDF and once I got it emailed I got a code back and entered in that code and was able to print my PDF!
It was super easy and I really enjoyed the efficiency of it. I was in and out and under 5 minutes.

incredible that Austin, the manager, walked right by me 3 times and not only didn’t help me when there was a line to the door, but didn’t even acknowledge my existence. i was only there to pick up posters that were printed and paid for. it should have taken 2 minutes. instead i was in there 10min with 3 people working that were just ignoring everyone. incredible. never again.

There's always been at least two employees when I've gone, so the service hasn't been too slow.
I've had a good experience with doing returns here. With some retailers now giving the option to not even have to pack up your items, you can bring your return code and item to the counter and the employees take care of everything after the code scans. The ease of this has made online shopping way more convenient since I don't have to hunt for boxes or labels or tape.

Super helpful for coming in with only a label and no box, the email process is a bit on the slow side but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Great customer service.

Definitely have to give a huge shoutout to William for being diligent when it came to getting my order the way I wanted them.
He took his time to help me figure out what I needed in order to get the print exactly the way I wanted them to be.
