Horrific customer service here. Don’t even bother. Went to drop off a laptop in a fedex box that just needed some tape to seal it shut. The manager refused to ship it as is and said he had to sell me a new box. The one I had was exactly the same (see pics) and perfectly fine. FedEx makes big claims about their sustainability practices but this guy is all about the upsell! Took it to a different FedEx and no issues. Will be moving our company from using FedEx after this experience though.

Came in at the end of the business day today and was refused service of sending out documents because the visibly disgruntled employee didn’t want to deal with it… although there were several other customers using the computers at this location for various reasons. I was told to come back tomorrow and it was too late even though the location was still open and no one else was in line. I won’t be back and will choose UPS and every other company over FedEx due to this refusal of service. Do better and help all customers as long as your doors remain open — I get employees have long days, but so do I and this was my only opportunity.

This is the FedEx I go to for my print/copy job. I have been going here for a long time. I recently decided to not go there anymore because the Hispanic employee that works there literally pushed us out and turned off the machine while I was copying claiming it was 8pm. I have never encountered anything as rough as this in customer service. It was a crazy experience and I won’t be going back.

Every single time I’ve gone in here, whether it be for passport photos, printing or grabbing packing supplies for a move, I have been treated with kindness and respect. I have always left this location with what I needed and I deeply appreciate the staff for their professionalism and kindness, even when I’ve needed some assistance and am being a little clueless. Honestly wish I could tip the staff sometimes! Lol

I Came to print my paper after a big car accident. The person who helped me name Marcos was using his phone at first, I didn't say anything even if he prettend not to help me until told by his coworker. After that I told him to get my paper fax right away he got mad because he helped me to use the fax machine. I don't know why he is there if he don't want to help customer with manner.
In other hand I want to say thank you to the coworker he has a great customer service, he was the one help me pay.

Terrible counter service. I waited half an hour and the left. The staff gets tied
up on printer jobs and ignores customers who want to buy boxes and ship.

I came at 9 AM to print some documents. I couldn’t help it overhear the store manager, and the clerk telling an older east African man that they did not print passport photos into go to Bartell drugs to print his passport photos. As he was leaving, I stopped and asked “do you guys not print passport photos?” They waited until after he left to say “oh we do but it requires photo paper”. I then asked “OK did you guys run out of photo paper?” After an awkward moment, he said “we can print your passport photos for $16.50” and walked away?! Why is it that people wake up at 9 AM and choose to be racist? Don’t support this place.

Fantastic experience and huge shoutout to Casey ! I’m very inexperienced when it comes to shipping things. When my video editing computer arrived to me and died shortly after, I was faced with the grueling battle of fighting the manufacturer and shipping it back myself for repairs. Shipping a 45-50 pound massive computer is a daunting task and while I managed to get the computer itself wrapped in 50 layers of bubble wrap and super safe unfortunately the box I tried to shove it in just wasn’t up to code but I taped it up best I could having no other box options near me and the shipping deadline being the next day.
Upon arriving at this location Casey was incredibly wonderful and I’d imagine could sense my distress, he confirmed my fears that the box I arrived with wasn’t acceptable but he presented the option to pay to have them rebox it for a reasonable fee, taking time to explain the process to me with a friendly tone and my relief was worth picking this location for sure. I can’t speak for the shipping service as I’d imagine it varies greatly like all shipping services and no specific location can be held responsible for all of that but I wanted to leave this review because it was a huge weight off my shoulders! 45-50 pounds of weight to be exact.
