I had a FedEx package rerouted here but when I got directions, I just googled FedEx on Northgate. I had no idea my pick-up was at the Walgreens two doors down. Just figured FedEx. Oooops simple mistake. No reason for the old man that works there to be incredibly condescending and borderline making fun of me for being at the wrong address. And not just once, multiple times. "See that address on your paper, now if you walk out, you'll see the address on my building." Multiple times.Wow, way to be condescending and childish. Does he get pleasure from making women feel stupid when he could have just said, "Sorry, you meant to go next door."Just a jerk for no reason.

The staff member, "Casey," was condescending, impolite, unprofessional, and loud to the customer. I will never go back to this facility!!

I had to send a medical device to a family member in Hawaii and Casey could not have been more helpful! He was so patient, kind and in record time got my item all packed & ready for Fedex to send to my family member in Hawaii. He's thoughtful and smart -- helped me with a few questions -- he knows his store & product. I wish there were Caseys in every customer service position around the country. (At ANY kind of store! Hahah!) I live in L.A. but travel to Seattle occasionally and I so appreciate this location in Seattle; I have used it before. Your employee, Casey, is topnotch and a fantastic representative of Fedex Office. (P.S. I'm not a relative! I really mean this! Hahah!)

Tried to make photo copies but couldn't. The first machine had a lot of artifact with lines all over the copy. When I asked how to fix it they said the line will be there but just ignore it. The second machine kept cutting off portions of my copy and they said that was the best that could be done. Then they tried to say they could do it in the back for $2.75 per page for scanning to be up loaded to a USB, no paper copies. Unreasonable. I'll never go back here.

Casey was literally awesome at helping my fiancé and I with our wedding invitation set up and print. We had come from another FedEx in Lynnwood where the workers very clearly did not want to help us whatsoever and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them with our presence. Thank you so much Casey!!! :) You deserve a 15$ raise minimum.

The FedEx Office Print and Ship store is bad. I trusted them to safely package some electronics equipment and ship it for me. I even paid to insure it. They confused the address and shipped it to my home address. Then when I brought it back to the store they initially refused to either refund me or mail it to the correct address even though they could tell it was their mistake. After an hour of me occupying their front counter in their face, they decided they would ship it for me at no cost. But then of course, the equipment was received damaged. I did not have the proof of undamaged equipment when I asked them to package it for me so they would pay me the insurance. I am not sure if they are malicious or just idiots, but either way Do not take your chances on this store.

Don’t order anything with this place as pickup point. Unclear with instructions and they keep changing it and sending you back to come another day, throwing their hands in the air.

The staff here is always so helpful. I print presentations and other documents here regularly and they always accommodate last minute requests and give me advice. As a small business owner, I have to say that they are very valuable to me and worth every penny. Thanks all of you!

Had a bad experience at the Lake City FedEx, so going here right after was such a breath of fresh air. I forgot to get the name of the man who helped me, but he was fantastic. Made things right and customer service was on point. THANK YOU!!

I ran into a return issue using Happy Returns. James D., the store manager, was quick to giving me his full attention and listened very carefully to my trouble. He attempted to assist in the best way that he knew how because this was his first issue with Happy Returns. He quickly grabbed all the information from me and called me back promptly the next day to follow up. Let just say, this was one of the best customer support I've received in ages, possibly ever. The world need more human like James. More support teams need managers like James. Be like James.
