Weird vibe as soon as you walk in. Greasy men behind the desk are cold and act like you’re an idiot for asking for a pen or tape. When asking clarifying questions they loudly and rudely answer back like they think it’s your first day on Earth. Judging by the other reviews that’s just how they are, which if you’re treating everyone this way maybe you’re the idiot for not knowing how to interact with people and not speaking clearly enough. Wins the competition for least helpful staff in Seattle.

Been coming here for 3+ years and finally interacted with Marco or Marcus. He has a temper and can’t control it. I went in to mail a passport and looking for secure packaging. It started with asking for a pen because there were none for customers to use where there usually are. He immediately raised his voice said there are pens over there I said there were none at the moment. He slammed a pen on the counter. I then asked if I could use the building to have the passport mailed back to the location he said “that’s one way to do it” without looking up at me. When I finish my package I go up no one left in line, he yells at me “you can’t do that” “where’s your common sense” and when I go to redo my package with a friend’s secure house and rip up the old one (my apartment gets mail stolen a lot) he exclaimed “YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THAT” it was a horrible feeling to be a customer for years just to get no real help and sssumed to not pay for something now?? Ryan helped me find options to mail, and how to have a package held as I had not done that option before, not before breaking down and crying how embarrassing just for Marco to exclaim how busy he is and how terrible I am to have bothered him because “I’m busy back there” even though the line was empty; sorry I’m an idiot, but sorry you lack being a decent human being. He had also removed his name tag, so I had to ask another employee to which they said “he does this all the time” Why does this man work here…ruining the community.

Some of the rudest, most unkind, and most unhelpful people I’ve encountered in years. I was floored. I just came in for a printing job which the FedEx system was resizing incorrectly, and the employee first acted like I was crazy for trying to get her attention to help me stop printing 100s of pages incorrectly (wasting paper) and then made a sarcastic comment to her coworker standing about 10 feet away from me about how I was being high maintenance because I wanted it a different size. Not sure what her name was but she had long dark curly hair and was incredibly rude. Another employee I interacted with before her was also shockingly unhelpful and acted annoyed about me asking a simple question about a printer.

Don't know what I did or said but apparently I was a second class customer to Tyler. He had an awful attitude towards me and had zero customer service skills

Got there about 1/2 hour before closing and had to wait in line with only one person working the front desk and someone else doing some packing of boxes in the back. I asked for passport photos and the guy promptly got the camera, took the shot and I paid for both the print and electronic versions stored in a thumbnail drive. Quick, easy, done! It was almost closing time at that point and he still managed to serve two customers behind me and didn't look stressed out at all because of the closing time. Seems dedicated to the role and I'm happy for the professional service done.

Wow this place has no customer service. I just needed to print something from my phone. I left without it happening. The arrogant lady behind the counter seemed to know of no option to do that. Why do they have staff if they won’t help you?

The one lady who may or may not be the manager the way she was talks to people including customers. I have tried to drop off packages or have a service done only to met with the rudest person ever on more than a couple of occasions. I go out of way not to use fedex or come close to this location which is unfortunate because it has parking. Do yourself a favor and go to ups down the street or another fedex.

Came to pick up a spiral binding ready at 2:30pm. Arrived to an unexpectedly closed storefront with a sign on the door, back at 4:20pm. Signals unprofessionality.

Staff is dense. Obvious information isn't reaching their frontal lobe.
I'm the billing address. My friend is mailing address. I rerouted here for his convenience (I'll pick this up for you!). With a copy of both the tracking and purchase information, a copy of his valid WA ID, and a written and signed letter with the tracking ID... they still aren't able to make that vast leap of understanding. Offering a live video conference with him (they feigned they needed him to confirm this) was STILL not enough.
If confirming him was their priority, they could easily do that with the information at hand and him on the phone.
I've notarized a mortgage loan via video conference, both Login.gov and ID.me meant for SS and IRS can both be done virtually. The interest was not in confirming the package but following a procedure in the most prescriptive of ways.
Shine bright like a [dense] star FedEx. 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Mindboggling.

Rushed after work to get here 10 min before the store closed. They had locked up and even though employees were inside and made eye contact with me, refused to open the doors. There are still several employees inside talking to each other behind a pillar, this might be the most childish group of adults gathered under one roof.

Worst shipping experience ever, no idea how FedEx could hire someone with a bad attitude and seemingly no customer service experience as an “assistant manager”.

Just needed some pictures printed and paid far more for some cheap cardstock prints than expected, much less actual photos.... just go to Walgreens down the street.
