I’m editing to include the worker’s name. His name is Alex.
I’m from out of state. We had an event at the civic center and needed a QR code printed and laminated. The gentleman at the desk helped me the whole way, had a great attitude and was very helpful.
Then I came back to print (4) more QR codes laminated in 5x7 and the same worker helped me with that process.
100% recommend this location.

This is convinently located but they charge extra to accept packages here,
That's not fair.
Associate Asim was very kind and courteous but Fedex needs to update this on the google page, I could have saved time on a Saturday and gone to another location

They charge extra handling fees like fedex in hotels Save money & go to a regular fedex store instead.

Alex provided exceptional service! He was super patient with me, as well as the customer before me. She was an older customer, who needed extra tender explaining of all the different mailing options for an international letter, which had drastic price differences. Then my return package had an issue with a mutated wonky QR code provided by the merchant, which would not scan. I did not want to lug the heavy box back home to sort through that. Alex took the time to help me find a workaround, and got a working return label printed. Life saver!

Horrendous service here. Came in for a critical sign we needed w/ a quick turnaround. Gentleman helping me could care less and went out of his way to provide as minimal help as possible. Let us know a turnaround time of 24 hours on all signs. I said I understood can we just get the text “storage” printed on thickest cardstock and we’ll cut it. He proceeded to print it on standard printer paper and pretty much said good luck. Absolutely trash

Staff couldn’t care less. Impossible to print a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, black and white. Stay away.

Very helpful. I needed an in-between sized poster and they cut it to size for me! Looked far more professional than I could've done myself with a pair of scissors! Just what I needed!

Nice staff, opened right at 9am. They don't do flat rate shipping at this location, costed about $60 to ship a large box weighing 24 pounds (probably about 20 books). A bit steep but seems like it's about as good as it gets in this area of hotels.

Excessively expensive.
They wanted to charge me $186 to print a (very large) poster that I got elsewhere for $47.
But the worker was nice to me and obviously not to blame for the prices.
