The staff is totally unreasonable and overworked, the physical location is great; the trolley dropped me off on Terry and I did not have to climb any hills on foot, alternately I walked back, a pleasant walk in one of Seattle's nice downtown neighborhoods called South Lake Union or SLU. They are open later than the one up the street but do not have staff for it. It was a poor experience that I had and the guy was dishonest. I was so disappointed and I am now lowering by another star because I went to a different location and received great service with a competent employee who appeared to respect and dignify me. The man here was acting radical and his apology at the end was too late. The product I bought is also poor quality thanks to his work and I will be throwing it away, I went to a different FedEx now and paid again.

Professional and friendly staff. I wanted to send this big package as soon as possible, and the staff at the counter answered my questions patiently. The package arrived on time safely.

Often closes early for apparently no reason (like today). Staff is inside but "Store closed" signs are on the door and they won't let folks in. Definitely unfortunate when driving over just to ship something.

I've had to come to this location to pick up a few packages, and the employees have been very friendly. Not just in the way you'd expect for acceptable customer service, but they also don't act like they hate their jobs, and I always end up leaving feeling pretty good.I also haven't ever had to wait long: even when there's a few customers in front of me in line, and even if the employee at the counter is chatting with them, they're still working quickly, and I barely notice that there is a line.The store is clean and well-stocked. If I need shipping supplies in the future, I'd probably come here first.

I visited this FedEx location a few times before and received mediocre service but this recent visit was amazing. Jessi, who helped me with my package was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel valued as a customer.

I've worked in customer service in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. I know what good customer service is, and when someone is really trying but may not know quite how to handle a situation but is honest about it. This place is the opposite... the people know what they are doing but will not do anything beyond what they need to do to not get fired. I came in wanting to ship a package for the holidays and I was told that they wouldn't take a corporate discount despite the proof that I had to show them... they wouldn't even look at the proof.Obviously they could have extended the discount but chose not to. They then reminded me that they were closing in 20 minutes. This was not necessary--there was only one other customer and there were two employees... so do the math. Two customers and two employees does not warrant rushing people out of the store when I'd only been helped for five minutes. I can take a blunt hint that my business is not welcome there. The interaction was rude enough for me to want to drive a mile down and ship the package with a competitor... they gave me the same price and guaranteed the package would arrive by Christmas, and with tracking. Also without the smirk and reminders of their hours. Go elsewhere to get packages shipped... the service may be better at other Fedex locations as well.
