Go to any other location and save yourself time. I showed up and employees were in the back talking. I called hello multiple times into the back, and no one came out front to help.
Finally I called the store to try to get someone to help, and just listed to the phone ring as the employees continued to ignore the calls.

I came here on Saturday at 1:30pm and it was closed saying that the wouldnt be back at 2:00. If they say they are open their hours are 9-6 it should be open during those hours, Is customer service this bad as a company or just this store. This it the second time this has happened at this store but at different times. RIDICULOUS!!

The one computer they have doesn’t work, the keyboard isn’t connected and if you wiggle the mouse the system just reboots. The lady working didn’t say hello or anything to us. Asked for help and she was super rude and just acted as if we were bothering her.

I came into the store in person. Emilio helped me decide between paper qualities by printing me a sample and also rushed to get my order completed in the same hour, before they closed. When I left my laptop on accident they stored it in the safe. Prints look great and I'll definitely be back!

Have had at least 4 packages delivered to the store because the driver refuses to use a keypad for my apartment. I’ve called customer service, the store is well aware and yet nothing has been escalated. It just keeps happening. My cats meds are currently there and I work 12 hour shifts. I can’t even get to the store in time if I wanted to.

I love this store. The employees are amazing.BUT being closed on MLK day is 100% unacceptable. You're not a bank. Things need to be mailed regardless of a national holiday that is ONLY recognized by banks. You need to be open for these holidays. News Years, Christmas, Thanks giving, 3th if July. These are normal. This is not.

After making an online order to print my custom made holiday cards, there had been en error made and instead of card with envelopes, I opened my order and saw that they were the wrong format and were missing envelopes. I, being behind the 8-ball as it's the holidays and all, mentioned this to LISA, she said that she could remedy the situation if I came back in an hour--which I did, and as promised, they were not only ready, but done perfectly and looked great. So I wanted to tip my cap to LISA for being so kind and so competent and making my holidays so much better. THANK YOU!!! Whatever they pay you, it's not enough.

Absolutely insipid instructions and customer service. After paying $10 out of pocket to use their internet/office center to print documents for a new job, which required signatures in INK, I needed to simply scan them into .pdf format to send back. I already had my email open. The scanner directions first of all used inconsistent terminology from what is seen on screen and specifically mention to open Adobe (which I did) and then select "Create" under the "File" option. I click on "File" and there's no "Create" option. I then ask for help and no one working there could offer me any!!!Too bad my home printer is inoperable at the moment or I could've avoided this issue altogether. Seriously you'd be better off buying a printer/scanner in the long run or going to the public library for basic office needs. Silly me for not realizing I can use my smartphone to scan, but that doesn't negate the absolute incompetence I experienced between inaccurate written instructions and useless employees. AVOID!
