I have had to have help making prints on your new machines twice. Today Elijah Bennett assisted me. He was so kind and walked me through both processes I needed to use. He even went back to the desk in the middle of my copying and gave me a credit for one process I screwed up. He was intuitive and helpful. Had he not been there, I would still be there at 6:14 pm this evening trying to copy. He is an asset to your office.

DO NOT USE THE SHREDDING SERVICE. I paid to have some sensitive documents shredded that I no longer needed to have on-hand and the clerk refused to place my documents in the secure area when asked after I had given them ample time to do so. My documents just sat there on the counter while other customers came in, potentially exposing my data to strangers. I have had issues with identity theft in the past and do not feel comfortable coming back knowing that the staff does not care about my safety or privacy.

The staff at this location make everything so difficult. They are slow as molasses and always try to upsell packaging when it isn't needed. If I have the time I try to go to the one in Fremont because over there they at least have some semblance of speed and efficiency.

Had amazing service today shipping a package internationally. They were patient and helped me understand I needed some additional paperwork that they were happy to print out for me.

Really slow service. They made us all stand in one line that blocked access to other services within the store. When it was finally our turn after 30 minutes they started asking if people from the back of the line wanted to go, totally skipping us. We left

Update July 2024: Increasing to 3 stars because, while I normally beg companies to give me any shipper besides Fedex for my return, today it was actually pleasant with the lady that was helping me. No scam upcharge attempts. Will increase again if my next
Initial Review: Stay away. Forces you to repackage anything that has a slight movement inside, even if that item is not at all fragile. Charges you at a minimum $4 for this required service. What a disgusting up sell.

Positive experience here yesterday when I came in to print something. The employee at the counter provided friendly service when I asked her a printing question and later when I needed a little bit of tape, which I appreciated!

Had an exceptional experience with Harrison today at FedEx. He was extremely helpful with printing and formating documents for me. He took the time to understand my needs and find a better cost saving solution than I thought I could have. He did this effortlessly while assisting two folks on the phone and another in the shop.Harrison deserves a round of applause. He also has excellent taste in restaurants of the city and I'm excited to eat at some of his revs!Cheers!

A very earnest customer service person greeted me today. He told me my package did not have enough filler inside which put it at risk for being crushed during shipping. He then repackaged it in less than 30 seconds!
I like this place because it is not crowded and the service is always fast and efficient.
