Had an exceptional experience with Harrison today at FedEx. He was extremely helpful with printing and formating documents for me. He took the time to understand my needs and find a better cost saving solution than I thought I could have. He did this effortlessly while assisting two folks on the phone and another in the shop.Harrison deserves a round of applause. He also has excellent taste in restaurants of the city and I'm excited to eat at some of his revs!Cheers!

Friendly service at an efficient location. I live in Ballard and I always prefer going here over the UPS across the street. I've gone here for shipping, package holds, and a passport photo. Employees have always been approachable and accommodating (shoutout to Jae)

Customer service @ Ballard Blocks' Fedex Print location was superb and Harrison did a wonderful job. I needed to print and frame small photos of "Liberto" artwork (aka "Freedom") to give to several wonderful, young legal refugees as gifts. Harrison took the time to help me get the prints just right in each frame and the result was that our guests loved them. Thank you Harrison for your excellent and upbeat work!!!

Won't accept packages (box not full enough) even though I am sending with same packaging as was sent to me. (These were returns.) Not sure why FedEx has inconsistent standards

Quick, efficient and friendly service; I use this office frequently, and Harrison is always helpful in answering my questions and accommodating my business. The rest of the staff is excellent too.

Both times I've been there in the past month I've come out feeling like I did something wrong for dropping off a package. Customer service was just bad. I got a lecture for not having packaging despite CS saying I didn't need packaging and in the end I didn't need it. It makes me really re-consider if I should use this location ever again.

I have been using this office center for over 20 years, and always find them to be professional, patient, fast and courteous. I've used them for business cards, photos, flyers, signs, presentations, oversize architectural prints, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Ballard FedEx Office location. Yes, you will sometimes get someone behind the counter who is new, but haven’t you been new at your job before?Update 2023: Things have definitely changed since they downsized and moved into their new digs. End of an era. Parking is tight, but at least there is still parking.

Repeat customer, could go elsewhere but Harrison is great! Super friendly, always helpful and cheerful, a great multi-tasker with above and beyond customer service skills. Give this man a raise!

I popped in to send back a return. I just needed them to print out the return label, attach it to the package and ship it out. What an ordeal! After the label was printed out the employee proceeded to look at the box. He's like this box isn't good, the items will shift. Can I open it and see what's going on? I told him this is the box it came in and I just want to return it. He told me he'd have to repack the box for an additional fee. I asked why as I hadn't even opened it. I took my label and left and will go to another FedEx office. Ive never had trouble sending back a return. Don't go here!!

My experience at this location was that it is a nice looking store, with easy parking . . but TERRIBLE service. I had a 30-lb dog X-pen to pick up (took three weeks shipping via Amazon with Fed Ex, and finally arrived when I was away, so I had it held at this location). I waited for some time while the man there spoke with someone on his cell phone while locating my package . . then he indicated that he expected me to pick it up and carry it out to my car--I am in my 80s and handicapped, use a cane. He said he couldn't carry it out to my car while anyone was in the store, I would have to wait until it was empty --however long that took! Someone was printing, other people were coming in . . He expected me to carry it??? A very kind woman customer picked it up and carried it for me. :) I took it directly to a UPS location to ship back --and of course, they were happy to come out and carry it in. Yea, UPS!

Geeeez what is up with this place, the customer service is so awful for no reason. I don’t need great peppy customer service, but why tf did I leave feeling so awful when all I did was do a Happy return here? ? people are wild.

Clean, efficient shop, relocated from elsewhere in Ballard. Street and lot parking available, offers all services one would expect at a location.

If there's an employee named "Jae" working wait for someone else or go elsewhere. They're terrible and made a simple thing (please ship my item) into something ridiculous and lengthy. They made it sound like they couldn't ship perfume through the mail (even though perfume is mailed all the time). And wanted me to Google the ingredients to prove it could be mailed. I know there are restrictions on shipping perfume by air, but them acting like it's some impossibility is incorrect and made my attempt at shipping take forever. The other times I've been there I dealt with someone else and they were great. The other employees are the only reason I'm giving this place a mediocre rating.
