Two separate issues are addressed here: 1. I pick up a ton of packages here due to issues with Fedex Auburn not delivering for days with zero updates.
2. My package was supposed to be ready for pickup at this location, but was not. The dude with bleached hair was helpful, but I blew up at the guy a bit due to my ongoing grievance with Fedex. The guy helping was unable to help me, but that was not his fault. Fedex didn't provide him with the information he needed to help and my anger was directed towards the expected phone tree nightmare labrynth to find my package.
Overall, the store is a good location to have packages held for pickup and the staff is polite and helpful.

Wow, don’t come here if you’re looking for any sort of customer service! I was mailing a painting and asked for a piece of brown craft paper that they have in a huge roll behind the desk for packing, to tape on the back of my painting and they said it was company policy not to give it to me. I asked to buy it and they couldn’t even sell me a 2‘ x 2‘ piece of paper.

Whats up with this location? Or has fedex overall gone downhill? ..i went to mail out return items to a store and needed to print the label. I asked for help on how to get started on the self service computer and the store associate mentioned its a lot easier if i just email him the label vs explaining. then i when i went to pay for the return he said it would be $24 to ship out 2 pairs of jeans . The quote i had from the prepaid ups label was $8 deducted from my refund. Is fed ex that uncompetitive?? Maybe ups has an agreement with the retailer but could they not match the price ,3x the ups price is laughable. I had to back out of the transaction and then he charges me $3 for printing 1 sheet of paper . Apparently clicking “print” from behind the counter is a surcharge (wasn't informed of that prior) and if i did it myself would've been $0.75. Overall experience left me feeling ripped off - please train your employees to use discretion. This experience means I’ll just be walking up the street to ups like i should have from the start.

I was making copies and was asked to leave during regular business hours so the person running the store could get something to eat. He said “unfortunately I have to kick you out”

Recently, I had an outstanding customer experience at this FedEx location, all thanks to Zack and Justin. Their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and expertise were truly remarkable. My experience has inspired me to use this location for all my future business printing needs.

Worst customer service. Ordered poster prints. Said would be ready by 4pm. Never received any call, stopped in at 4.30pm. Zach the associate was rude and unhelpful. Said we should have called, never apologized, said we needed to order the prints put. Can maybe have them by Monday. I asked if any other store could do them he said no. He told me he was canceling the order. I said with me getting the prints on Monday? He said I thought you need them now so we can cancel it since we can't do them. I still need the prints on Monday, asked for them to be picked up at a different store and he said... I will call you Monday. Worst customer service from Zack and this store. Do not get prints here. Especially ones needed in a timely fashion. Appalled by the level of service or lack of resolution. Never had an issue with the store on 45th. Will never be back to this location.
