My wife gets stuff printed here a lot. The staff is quite helpful and patient. Today he pointed out some color problems and waited for us to fix them - even right to the last minute and them closing.

It was my first time shipping at a FedEx location and the person who greeted and helped me was extremely sweet. I was able to print my label there without any issue and had a great conversation. I wish I caught the person's name since he was a delight to chat with.

Anthony was very helpful over the phone. I’m trying to ship a bicycle which has been a difficult process so far. Anthony made the effort and took the time to explain the requirements and gave me an estimated price range. I’m excited to have a plan finally because I’m flying home from a journey from Mexico to Canada. It’s been a long trip and I want my bike to make it back to San Diego safely.

Never had a more helpful staff than what I received today for this location. I was sending a time-sensitive package, and even though I was the one that made a mistake in the labeling process, everyone there was wonderfully patient and helpful in sorting out the issue. They even gave me useful information and alternatives for every step of the way!

I absolutely love this FedEx location! I’ve been a customer at many FedEx locations for print services, but this one truly stands out. The support, service, and communication are all top-notch. The team here is fantastic; they each bring their own unique style of service, yet when they work together, they create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. It makes my experience enjoyable every time I visit. Highly recommend this location for all your printing needs!

A big thank you to Jacob and Tiffany for assisting me with my packages. They went over several different options with me for mailing my packages were very thorough and knowledgeable about the Products and insurance that they offer for mailing packages.. they listened to my concerns and addressed each one with genuine care. Thank you again Tiffany and Jacob for providing exceptional customer service! I would definitely recommend this FedEx and I will definitely go here again for my shipping needs.

One of the worst experiences i have ever had trying to ship something.
The older lady at the register didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I came in trying to hand out a very important document. I was stressing out, yet i was very nice and polite.
She asked for the address and didn’t want to read it so she had me read it. We come to a small detail that she was supposed to know in the details that i was asked to give the fedex employee handling the shipping. She started giving me a hard time asking me for meanings of things that was already stated in the address. When i finally called out for help and he came in to help she basically figured everything out so fast as if it was nothing.
Just wasted my time to entertain herself. It was the worst costumer service.
