Was moving from US to UK, sent two packages - one just using USPS and one, well that's important so let's entrust it to Fedex, right? What a colossal error.USPS - dream, walked me through the process, gave good advice, package arrived after a little over a week safe and sound.Fedex - nightmare, it's been about six weeks and it still hasn't arrived, I was told just enough to be charged over 800 dollars (weight ~45lbs) and apparently it needs another 300 or so more. I had to find this information out myself because nobody from Fedex bothered to update me, even at the point the package got turned around and started to go back to the USA (I'm sure this would have suited the company just fine because they could have tried wring another 800 dollars out though!)You'd think for a cost like that they would actually take care to ensure everything is okay, but I guess if you're not a business account Fedex just doesn't care about you. Can't wait to just pay these exorbitant fees and never have to deal with the company again.

I went in to pick up an order that hadn't actually been sent, but to determine that, one employee did a thorough search of all recent orders-- on the shelf and in the computer. Work resent it with a pick-up date for the next day. I confirmed with another employee to make sure the order was really in this time, and they said, "I think I can save you a trip back. Can you wait 15 minutes while I print these for you now?" After a frustrating day, these employees showed such kindness, compassion, efficiency, and work ethic that it turned my day around! THANK YOU!

Went there to return a package and everyone was very nice. The manager was very patient with me (forgot her name). All other employees in the store seemed to be wearing an "In training" label on their shirt. They were all very nice and I felt good after the small interactions I had with them.

The people are very nice............but. We had them pack and ship an expensive book for us and when they showed my husband the box they were going to use he said it would need to be protected with bubble and they assured him that there was room for that padding. The recipient sent me this note when they received it, " I thought I should let you know that when my assistant opened the box she said that it had not been wrapped that carefully, with no bubble or paper protection within the shipping box - I assume by FedEx – and the book had moved around in the box. The clamshell box is a bit bumped as a result." We are not particularly happy customers.

Extremely nice employees and quick service! I did go on a weekday afternoon so I'm sure it's busier after work, but had a great experience here.

I had intended on using my own paper for my self-service prints, and the team was very helpful with instructing me how to do that. When there was a malfunction with my files (which was of my own fault), the store manager came to help and patiently helped me get all the cards printed correctly. This was a very stressful project for me, and their patience and help really meant a lot. I couldn't recommend this store and team enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Aside from my own positive experience with the person who helped me. I also observed other staff go out of their way to make other customers experiences easier. Was a breath of fresh air.

I have printed so many things here—sheet music, flash cards, photos, resumes, you name it and every single time its been so lovely because of the people who work here and how quick they are to help. The people who work here are SO helpful, SO nice, and SO knowledgeable and they make an otherwise tedious or intimidating task less daunting. Thank you FedEx staff!!❤️

Every time I come in here the folks behind the counter are SO kind and friendly! Yesterday I worked with someone, I didn't get his name but the receipt said Carlos? Anyway, I messed up ordering my print and he helped me get it fixed. He was excellent and such an understanding person! Highly recommend visiting this location.

Staff was helpful but I had to spend extra money on print that were not correctly printed and they did not offer complimentary printing after what was the staff’s fault for selecting the wrong printing tray.

I've been visiting this place for all my printing and shipping needs for the last year. The self-serve printers are in good condition. The staff have been very helpful in case I'm unable to print certain types of documents myself.

The guys at this FedEx store are the best. I frequently have packages redirected here for pickup, and it is so convenient. The store is clean, well run, and efficient. Parking just outside the store can be a little tight at busy times, and know that you can also park for free in the garage under Metropolitan Market.
