Lost my $250 package. Left it outside at the wrong door and it was stolen. They refused to do anything about it and said we had to make our complaints to the business the product was shipped from. They aren’t the ones who lost my package! Why would I file a complaint with them? Then customer service refused to let me speak with management. What a clown show.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was wondering what I was getting myself into, simply picking up a package. The service was horrible and non-existent. The employees are clearly incompetent and burnt out. After waiting 25mins after they said they went back to get get my item, they didn't!
They were serving people who showed up after I did even! Hands down, worst place to go to. More horrible than the D.M.V. and post office combined! Do not go to this place! You get what you deserve if you ignore these warnings! In reality, it's zero stars!

There’s no way to leave a comment about my driver through the FedEx website so I am going to leave it here in the hopes that someone at the hub knows who it is. I received a shipment today around 6 pm from driver Jonathan, who delivered around the Pac Med area today. I was expecting the shipment—which was really large—to be tomorrow so I was caught by surprise, as I didn’t have anyone to help me with the boxes today. I’m getting a new roommate soon and needed a wall bed with really specific dimensions so I had to order this hulking thing online.
FedEx drivers are not being paid to be movers. The fact that he loaded a 150 lb box on the cart when I found him, and was pushing it the best he could was wild. He maneuvered it with dexterity, safely to my door (actually helped me get it inside the front door) with so much patience and skill. I know the drivers are on a time crunch and the fact that he took the time to do all of this is legitimately one of the kindest things a stranger has done for me. The world does not deserve you Jonathan!!! If you ever need to use a bathroom or need a water refill you are welcome in my home LOL forreal!

A very different and more professional experience than the now permanently closed UPS facility nearby. They are less expensive overall. This review does not rate their ability to ship packages. However, anyone with long-term experience between the two competitors will immediately have an opinion on who is the better of the two by a wide margin. Everyone's opinion may differ. It's the collective experience the company provides that determines their overall position.

I love this location and Scott has always been amazing, great experiences with all of the staff here. Not sure how it has received bad reviews, my experiences have all been good.

They didn’t deliver the package so I had to go to the centre to pick it up. The staff was friendly.

Extreme additude was given when I was Inquireing about my packages and was told "we don't have 'em" and was offered no solution besides being told to contact the seller. The seller has the same problem of getting info on package delivery or location. Fedex has basically told me they lost the packages and to re-buy and try again.

I tried shipping out a product using a return label generated by Samsung for a trade-in program.
The lady behind the counter noted that electronics could not be sent via ground and must be sent via air-mail.
Not wanting waste time, I went to the FedEx Ship center down the street less than a mile away to get my products shipped.
At least one employee is incompetent or willingly lies to get out of work that they feel is beyond their scope.

I went to pick up a package and showed them my drivers license and they told me that because I live out of state I cannot have my package.
I am very sick and was having medicine delivered that has to be refrigerated. The FedEx driver didn’t even buzz the door or anything.
I had to drive 20 minutes away while sick, and then they told me I needed to produce a lease or some proof of residence. The fact I have the email and tracking info and that my state ID matches the name on the package is not enough?
I am staying with family. I travel between my homebase, NYC and Seattle and stay here for months at a time throughout the year.
So they’ve never heard of anyone staying for extended periods of time with friends or family and needing something delivered? Seriously?
You have to produce a lease to pick up a package these days? Never heard of anything like this at the post office or anywhere else. FedEx delivers a consistently horrible experience.

Drivers refuse to follow delivery instructions or make packages available for pickup. Impossible to call anyone except their overseas support.

I’m a bit of a procrastinator and the extended hours for FedEx Express on weekdays have saved me SOO many times.
