I went in there with a piercing and the bar was too small. They proceeded to fix it for me. While I was sitting there we were joking around and having an amazing time. They gave me clear instructions and it know feels astronomically better.

Super helpful! We went in at 11:00 pm to help my daughter put her nose ring in. I was so glad he was even there! He was not condescending, no lectures. Just completely helpful to us.
