It's getting harder and harder to get any good help with a remodel. I felt like the people at the Seattle showroom were friendly and eager to help me. One of the last places you can go to get inspiration and expert advice. Thank you!

I am still scratching my head. I tried to spend 8k on a new fridge and I couldn't get anyone to call me back or respond to my email. This went on for weeks. I was working with Amari and she just simply went dark. I guess it wasn't the high-end model she was hoping to sell, but it was still 8k. I typically wouldn't spend time writing a review, but when you are without a fridge and the sales person simply does not care...you go somewhere else. Shame on their team for allowing this person to provide service in their name.

Helpful folks. Fun showroom. Higher end stuff.

I’ve spent a small fortune with this company from cabinets to high end appliances. Everything I’ve experienced as a customer is subpar. The cabinets were designed improperly so that we now have to re-order shelves and drawers. The appliances are the next big hassle that they have failed on over and over to communicate with on delivery location and time. They nearly delivered 230 miles away and we didn’t find out till the day before. The plumbing fixtures, that’s their main business and they messed that up and delivered the wrong fixtures.I’m not saying you have great options but if you can shop anywhere else and find what they have at the same price go elsewhere. The pain of dealing with the poor attention to customers at this company isn’t worth the money you’ll spend.Edited up to 3 stars because the manager did reach out and solve a lot of my issues. However the stress created by my situation’s was not ideal for the amount spent. I definitely thought there should be better communication directly with staff. Instead of getting routed to the front desk then sent to an answering machine.

We called first, asked if we could shop, the person answering the phone heard my dog bark and said, “you can bring your dog.”When we drove there 20 minutes later we were turned away because of our dog.The person answering the phone should know dogs are not allowed. If there was a 0 that would be my selection

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I'm shocked by Build and Bertazzoni's unwillingness to stand behind their businesses. Build sent me a broken Bertazzoni hood. When I reported it broken, Build pointed me to Bertazzoni, and now I'm told the parts (glass front and complete wiring command) required to fix this item are backordered with no ETA. So now I have a broken $1900 hood with no estimate on when it will work, and I've wasted hours of my time trying to resolve this issue. They also deleted my honest product review from their website, twice.Build also sold me an incorrectly described liquid propane range when I thought I was ordering a natural gas unit. It cost me almost $600 to pay for someone to do the conversion from LP to NG. Again, Build refused to provide any resolution.Go to another appliance store who knows what they're doing. You should probably also avoid Bertazzoni. What a nightmare.

Buyers be aware!! Pro: NONE CON: * At least 30% marked up price compared to Home Depot and other high end suppliers. * Open-box or ripped box Can Not be returned or in-store credit. * Stereotypical customer service. If you see something you like at this store, copy the information down and shop around for better price. You will find the items online or other stores at a much more lower price. Trust me! I ordered thousands of dollars from this store and just lost $500 for unreturned items and another $500 for marked up price. That's a total of $1,000.

I had a good sense of the look we were going for with our bathroom remodel, but was looking for expert advice on how to put it together (what components to order), and what brands are recommended. In the end, we are happy with the products we selected, but I don't feel like the time spent at Ferguson was helpful. The salesperson, Amari, seemed annoyed at the whole process, my questions and eventual decisions (I assure you, I am polite and not demanding). We left spending $10k but feeling like we did something wrong. To top it off, there were extra pieces ordered that I don't think we can return, and an incorrect valve (we clearly stated we wanted both shower heads on at same time), so I had to rush order one in time for our plumber. These mistakes shouldn't happen. Next time, I will try calling Build.com.

We found a pedestal bathroom sink here we really liked. The salesperson checked, said it had been discontinued. We offered to buy floor model. She said they couldn't sell it until they decided what they would replace it with on the floor, could be two to three months. Ok, we were willing to wait for it, still offered to buy. No dice. Asked if we could leave our name so we could get when it became available. Sorry, we were told, we don't do that. Ok bye bye -- never coming back here again.

Trinh gave me fabulous help in the 1st Ave S. Seattle store. I am a novice to remodeling, and starting with my bathroom. Trinh was fabulous -- knew everything I needed down to the last detail, explained it all to me, provided the best service professional service, and was fun, too.

If you are an individual home owner I would not recommend going to Fergusons. They will take your money for sure, but since you are only spending $20k one time they will pretty much ignore you once they have your money.

Amari was hostile, with nothing but long pauses and deep sighs with every question asked. I went in to my scheduled 1 hour appointment well informed as to what I wanted with a few questions to clarify. Amari was rude, abrasive and uninformed. Her inability to communicate or provide essentially information required me to take the time to make a second trip to the showroom and connect without another rep to make sure my selections were correct. We remodeled a bathroom in 2018 and Ferguson was amazing!! 2022 is a different story. Customer service is sadly dead and BTW all orders end up through Build.com. Was very happy with my Build.com rep. Know your stuff before going on in....

My wife and I went in to Ferguson's in the initial stages of a bathroom remodel. The associate that helped us, Amari Anderson-Turner, was a delight to work with. My wife asked a lot of questions and needed a lot of advice on fixtures, tubs, sinks, etc. We took a lot of time, and Amari was very helpful and friendly. We were emailed lots of info and Amari started a wish list for our project. Ferguson's has a tremendous amount of fixtures in their showroom, and quite a few brands represented. Their prices varied from reasonable to quite expensive. Everything is expensive these days, so don't have sticker shock. Amari was kind enough to show us fixtures that fit our price point.
