Wonderful customer service! Simple and safe outdoor storage for my car for one month when I was out of town. They were very accommodating to my needs and even went out of their way to meet me on a Saturday when closed so I could get my car out. Thanks a lot for going out of your way! I highly recommend their services.

Current customer and have been for a year now. A gas tank was stolen off my boat while at FT and the office advised that this is my responsibility. Read my contract. No offer to check in the surveillance video storage, etc. no real empathy shown for my concern. I'll be moving when I can find more secured storage.
