Blake and the Fidalab team have been such an amazing support system, especially during the pandemic. They respond quickly to calls and emails. FidaLab LLC is negligent with data and results. The lab sends unreadable and often incorrect information to public health agencies. The negligence of this company makes it extremely difficult to manage the impact and spread of the Covid-19 virus, as well as directly affecting the ability of public health officials to contact and help community members.

This is the Company that my provider used for covid testing. No one is available to answer phones or get results from at all. It's been 6 days & I still don't have results. I was told it would probably be closer to10 days today. This is unacceptable, when other labs have 3-5 day turn around time

Be careful using this lab. Not aware that they have their processes in order to appropriately support medical and dental offices and needs.
