A small space, but packed with the quality product that we have come to expect from C.C. Filson. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They will also order from the catalog, and have the merchandise shipped directly to you.

This is a really cool store to check out, the space is really authentic with a bunch of old art, stuffed birds, and books. It's a smaller store, but they have a lot of really good stuff there, and people working there are always really cool and funny to talk to.

Jeremiah and Alex were so helpful when figuring out sizing and styles. They're so knowledgeable about the Filson range and have tonnes of patience for what was a busy morning and a lot of customers to tend to. They even remembered everyone's sizes and preferences while they shopped which was impressive!
Great guys and a nice chill atmosphere in the store which is what you want from a shop like this.
I somehow spent a couple of hours here but the free local beer and records playing in the background made it fly by.
Filson prices are obviously a premium compared to high street stuff but it's worth it for the quality of the clothes and the service in store.

The staff here at the Ballard location are very knowledgeable and overall I had a better experience there vs the downtown location. I was disappointed downtown by what felt like a lack of product knowledge especially regarding design. It sounds like the Ballard store doesn’t get the full inventory that downtown does, which is disappointing, but the employees are solid. Hopefully my experience downtown was a one off, but I’ll be going to the Ballard location as needed.

The people working here are the best. Had a great chat about clothes and watches with a couple dudes at the front desk.
However, I have no idea what Filson is doing with their sizing or whose body they’re measuring to come up with their fit. So many of their pieces feel like they’re made for someone with a square body with short arms. I love the look and vibe of so many of the pieces at Filson, but fit is stopping me from buying things here for the most part. Frustrating.

Be careful…the staff here is so chill, patient, and helpful that you might spend more than you anticipated :) doesn’t help that Filson’s clothing and bags are some of the highest quality things you can buy.

Loved the music & the energy of this store. Steve was so kind & helpful! I was waiting while my boyfriend browsed around the store & he made sure I was comfortable & we had a great conversation. Seems like someone that genuinely cares about the customers.
