I called the number listed by Google Maps about a flat tire in need of a patch. Initially I was told it would be $185 or $250 if a patch was required. I then received texts with the same information but from someone saying they were Amanda with Roadside Angel. They asked for pictures and my address. Once provided they told me āthis tire is marked and cannot be repairedā. They then said it would cost $450. I then cancelled my appointment, knowing this was an unreasonable amount to ask for. Once I managed to get a spare on (turns out I just had a screw in my tire), I drove to a separate location that charged me $20.

The service at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on MLK was excellent. Despite being right before a holiday and very busy, I was able to get an online appointment. Kevin at the front desk was efficient and very helpful. I got three tires replaced in less than two hours and it was not as expensive as I thought it would be. The wi-fi in the waiting area meant that I could stay and work while my car was being serviced. All in all, a great experience.

Very good normal vehicle maintenance service. As long as you leave the vehicle in the store, they will maintain the vehicle very well, which makes me feel at ease.

I've always been taken care of at Firestone. I used to bring my truck to the Ballard location and when I moved to South Seattle the Rainier location was more convenient. The manager is great and came from the Ballard store. I've gone through several sets of tires and patches from road hazards and nice to have some covered under warranty.v

There is a mechanic name Hung, he charged me 500$ cash for changing brake pads. I had a vehicle inspection for uber this morning and i found out that he was never changing the pads, i called Hung and he keep reschedule for service then finally he blocked my number. This is a Robbery, i will file to headquarter

Fam emergency, tires slashed during the night and needed the car asap. Jonathan said just bring first thing in am at 7 and they would work on it. And he was right! Richard kept me up to date on progress. Both were professional, friendly and conscientious. Firestone is very close and will now be my go to garage!

This review is for tire installation it cost me $30 per tire compare to nearby shady unregulated tire shops who charge $20. Knowing that your safety and possibly your life depend on the $10 difference is a great price to pay. This is a legitimate company with certified technicians and mechanics who installed it. I highly recommend them for tire installation. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because it takes them all day to do it due to being busy.

In April of 2024 I drove āon a wheelā of our new Toyota Corolla Cross SUV to Firestone, simply because it was the closest to my home. My husband was critically ill in U of W and I had two dogs in the car. The gentleman that was manager on that day went above and beyond, in every single way. He ordered a tire to match the other three so that we would not have to replace the others. I was short on money so Iām making sure that I have enough for the tireā¦.The dogs and I had to wait all day for the tire to arrive, but it arrived an hour early. The technician that placed the new tire on discovered a nail in another of the tires ā¦.he said that they would pull it and patch it ā¦I responded that I didnāt have the money for that. He said that he wouldnāt permit me to drive with a leak in a tire and said that he would cover itā¦. there are angels in this world and they come in many different shapes and sizes. Iāve had more angels since this most difficult and challenging time but this man was the first and Iāve thought of him on multiple occasions since this date. I stopped by today with homemade cinnamon rolls and I wanted my husband, who is now recovering at home, to thank him. He wasnāt there but asked that he be thankedā¦ā¦
