Went there a couple days ago to get a quote on replacing my tire and the employee there was so rude and condescending. How can someone working in customer service not care about giving good customer service? Wouldn’t even acknowledge us at first when we went in. Because it was me and my friend, both women, he dismissed whatever we said and was trying to tell us to change all 4 tires, when we went to other places before that to get a quote and they said only 2 tires needed to be changed. He quoted us for all 4 tires and when we questioned about changing only 2 he said “I mean if you really want I can give you the price for 2 but…” with a very rude tone. Would not go back. Costco is the same price but free labor. Here, they wouldn’t even give us a breakdown of the price (just said labor fee was included) and wouldn’t even take a look at our car, whereas Costco when above and beyond to make sure we were informed and helped. We only went to Firestone to see what the price range was since we did not know much, even though they had such a low rating. There is a reason for that rating. Go to Costco.

I had a confirmed appointment for 4/8/25 at 10am. I wanted an earlier appointment but was able to move my appointments around to accommodate. I arrived at this Firestone 10 min prior to my appointment time. The person at the front desk told me that my appointment was for 4/9 even though I showed him my confirmed email that it was for 4/8.
In order to make up for their error the store manager provided me with a complimentary oil change. They turned an unfortunate event into a success.

First tire place I've ever seen that will not install tires on rims in perfect condition that I wanted to provide. I have summer and winter tires each on their own rims, I guess firestone expects me to purchase their low quality tires each time the seasons change.

I've been going to this location for 5+ years. They've always gotten my car in quickly and have done a good job. I'm most impressed with the customer service. You don't expect that from a repair shop. But everyone on the phone is helpful and even more so in person.
The person who closed shop the evening of 6/28/24 stands out to me and has always been great working with customers.
Yeah, the area around this Firestone location has its interesting parts. But the bus stop is less than a block away to get home and back.

Dropped $1600 here. Alignment, brake fluid flush, oil change and upper and lower ball joints. The brake flush was not completed, or if it was, was done very poorly. The alignment I received was also not very good. Steering wheel is sideways. Would not recommend, especially if you are not mechanically inclined enough to check over the work.

What’s Magic?
Paisley and Duane Langervall are like cake and ice cream. Pure magic to make a normal day extraordinary.
My Vehicles had some issues that needed to be addressed and they brought the magic like Disney. They throughly detailed everything that could be a concern with a blueprint, the customer service was stellar, and well they legit were a dream team to accommodate me without an appointment in and out faster than F1 Motorsports.
Bridgestone Paisley and Duane are examples of the service standards that go above and beyond to make it happen! These folk deserved MVP for all days that end in the letter “y” that’s “everyday. Love the service like I love this store and location will be back for s’more.

This is a great place to get an alignment, tires, oil changes, and complete auto service. Make an appointment, theu are very busy. Wait at Krispy Kreme as they work on your car. The staff Duan and Micke at the front desk Saturday 6/13 was so polite and kind . Great value, quality, and professional service. I'll go back again to buy tires and alignment policy. Thank you for treating your customers well.

Front of house was awesome, service was timely and thorough. The business was clean, approachable, and employees were friendly. Only points off were due to the business location. So many hookers out front... I popped out for a smoke during my visit and should have brought a fly swatter with me to hit them off.
