Misdiagnosis is rampant at this store. I brought my car for oil link check November of last year. I was told the leak is due to bad sensor. After 4 months since the sensor replaced , I found my engine oil empty before the due date for oil change. Again, I brought back the car citing the problem .The associate said that it was not the sensor and he is going to issue credit for sensor charge I paid in novermber . Also, he said that the oil leak this time from other part of the engine and cann't be fixed unless the engine (time) belt changed. I agreed to pay again for belt change and oil leak fix ( paying for second time for oil change fix). After four days , I was called to pick up the car confirming that the oil leak fixed and time belt changed. I took the car home and parked on a non greasy drive way and by next day , I found again the oil is still leaking. I brought back again for check up . This time the manager of the store said that there is another part of the engine is leaking and needs to be fixed. Briefly, had it not been for misdiagnosis, I wouldn't have incurred more expenses just for oil change.. I have been a custormer for long period of time and I have decided not to go back again to firestone complete Auto care once for all.

Horrible service, I told them I just need a tire patch on the right rear tire, 11:35 checked the vehicle in, 11:58 got a list of recommendations to fix and repair, no phone call and no email to respond to. The time is now 1:20pm and still no Tire Patch On. Do not come here. Worst worst experience. Doesn’t even deserve a star.

SERVICE IS SOOOO POOR. NEVER GO HERE. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN. MY TRUCK DOES NOT RUN THE SAME AFTER SPENDING $3000 FOR O2 SENSORS AND A NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER. I WENT IN JUST FOR A YELLOW CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND ENDED UP SPENDING $3000 AND MY TRUCK DOESN'T RUN AS GOOD AS IT DID BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'M BROKE NOW. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Did really bad job on alignment and wheel balancing for Acura tl 2008 on 06/18/2024. Car still shaking the steering wheel shakes too nothing has changed after service. -210$ ?

Called them to replace a flat tire. They agreed to replace 1 tire, and made an appointment and came in on my appointment day and time. When I walk in I’m greeted by Dustin who clearly didn’t want to be there. He looks at me weird and says “what do you want, you’re just dropping off a Tesla with no information”. Kind of rude but that’s fine, explain that I made an appointment to replace a tire. It’s not his fault if the system didn’t record the information. After he gets the tire details he wants to bill me for 2 tires. Which isn’t what I heard over the phone. I explained that I only wanted 1 tire. Explained that I was told over the phone by 2 different people that 1 tire was fine. He actually refused to do service with me if I didn’t buy 2 tires. I’ve had flat tires replaced on my car multiple times and getting 1 replaced is fine. He was telling me that he was hesitant to not make me replace all 4 tires given their condition (2 of them are relatively newish). I’m not sure what his problem was but I asked him why they would tell me 1 set of information on the phone and why what he wants to do was something else. He got mad at “me” that the appointment information wasn’t in the system.
So we left and I called 2 other Firestone locations. When I asked for a tire replacement from these locations I asked them if replacing 2 was necessary and both said it’s recommended but not required for “my car”.
I’m not sure what Dustin’s problem was. It’s one of 3 things:
- prejudice against interracial couples
- prejudice against people who drive EVs
- has a superiority complex
I’ll be avoiding this particular Firestone location until I know this person doesn’t work there anymore. If he doesn’t want to work there then he shouldn’t be there.

Did alignment multiple times at the firestone, this morning they said that my aftermarket wheels are too big for their rack.
