They took a last minute walk in for a brake fluid exchange on a Sunday. I hated to be that guy, but they took care of it and did it quickly. Been here a few times, these folks are solid. Definitely going to continue coming here.

Earlier this month, I took my grandfather’s vehicle to the Burien Firestone for new tires and their complimentary brake inspection. Days after the service, a wheel detached while the car was in motion, creating a highly dangerous situation. This incident caused my grandfather significant trauma and could have been life-threatening. Tragically, the vehicle was totaled as well. The cause? A shop technician failed to properly tighten the lug bolts—a fundamental error that no reputable mechanic shop should ever make.
While Firestone/Bridgestone corporate eventually reimbursed me for the damages, the process was lengthy, frustrating, and required persistent follow-up on my part.
For the sake of your safety, your family’s safety, your peace of mind, and your time I strongly recommend avoiding the Burien Firestone at all costs.

Jesse at the front really made my day: traveling and away from home, i needed help just before closing to avoid having to stay the night to wait for an emergency tire service. He came through and squeezed my car in at the last minute. Shout out to everyone in the back too that stayed a little past quitting time to help me out. It's so nice to have quality humans in the world and I hope everyone there knows how much they are appreciated.

My dashboard brake light was on as I was driving my car, so I stopped @ Firestone and they checked my brake fluid & they said my brake fluid was good, well they were wrong my brother check & it was low I bought a $5 brake fluid added some driven the car & the light was no longer on. Be caref1ul when going to these places. I had an appt this next week with them to get a diagnosis test I'm so relieved that I don't have to go and pay them $$$/ be aware!!

Very friendly staff, but I will never ever use Firestone again.
I took my truck here on Saturday, July 13th, for an oil change, tire rotation, and a fluid exchange on my differentials. I drove home just a few minutes away and parked my truck. A few hours later I went to run a few errands and heard a grinding metal-on-metal noise from the rear differential whenever making any kind of turn on top of a shaking feeling through the truck. By then, Firestone was closed, so I went back Sunday morning and was told that the technician qualified to touch differentials wasn’t there and to come back on Monday morning (today).
I went back early this morning and spoke to the technician, who although was very nice, was unable to diagnose or fix the issue. He reflushed my rear differential and took off the tires and put them back on, but the issue still remains.
I am currently vehicle-less as I cannot drive my truck and am waiting to hear back from corporate about the next steps. I will now need to go to a mechanic and most likely pay thousands of dollars to repair whatever damage they did to my rear differential and then fight for a reimbursement.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Update July 16th, 2024: Took my vehicle to a Jeep service shop and found out that the wrong fluid was used in the differentials. Repair cost is $4,745 to rebuild the differential. Absolutely insane that this level of careness took place and is going to cost such a significant amount to repair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They literally destroyed my husband’s car after taking it for a “regular service” they used the wrong fluid, completely destroying the differential of his vehicle! And they don’t take responsibility for that! Now repairs will cost a lot of money! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I’m am very, very pleased with Firestone Hunter and Alex were great. Hunter helped me get approved for a credit card, here at Firestone Burien Washington. They are very polite, kind, sweet, helpful. The lobby is clean and the working on my car and it’s taking less than an hour. They’re great. I would highly recommend Firestone imperium Washington

Better yet price match if you bring in a printout from another shop. Call and book an appointment though because they are really busy !
