For women who have residual pain and discomfort with everyday life following pregnancy, this is the place for you! Despite "graduating" from physical therapy, I continued to experience post-partum back and pelvic pain that prevented me from playing with my kids the way I wanted, taking workout classes, or even trying to exercise at home. After a year of that nonsense, I finally reached out to Fit4Mom South Seattle for help and started personal training sessions that have completely transformed my body and my life. Caitlin's expertise, experience, and dedication to tailored training sessions are beyond what I could have anticipated or hoped for. I can sit on the floor with my kiddos without pain, change diapers without pain, and now exercise without pain! And this doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the many classes, informational sessions, and community events offered. I cannot encourage you enough to reach out to Fit4Mom South Seattle.

Tried a Stroller Strides class with Erin at 2 months post partum and I will definitely be back! It was lively and engaging for both me and my little guy, and flexible enough for all eventualities I know come with bringing baby to a workout :). Very glad to have found this community!

Great workouts and great community. Instructors understand women and postpartum bodies, offer many modifications to ensure you are working out safely, while creating structure for you to sweat, sweat, sweat! Fit4Mom has been a great workout community for me!

I just love fit4mom south seattle. It's such a welcoming, supportive group of women and the classes are really challenging and thoughtfully designed. And the schedule is so varied, with different workouts from early morning to late evening, and weekend mornings too, with online options as well. Before I went in to check it out I thought it might be just for younger moms, but there are so many of us in our 50's and up. It's such a fun way to meet new people, be a part of a lovely community, and get healthier and stronger. I leave every class feeling better than I did before, physically and emotionally. Trying the first free class is one of the best things i have done for myself in years.

The Functional Strength Program has been incredible. My strength & stamina have increased so much in the 10 weeks of classes & I can’t wait to see what happens in the next session! The classes are totally accessible, with modifications always offered & reminders to listen to your body. Kholysoh does a phenomenal job pushing us just the right amount and it’s been awesome to watch everyone in the program get stronger!I’ve truly enjoyed the friendship and camaraderie that has come from the class. I leave every class feeling strong & uplifted.

Awesome gym with a variety of small group classes. I love the supportive and fun vibe of the classes and instructors. Also, I've enjoyed some of the community events (family hikes, etc). My fav classes are TRX & Body Ignite, and my kiddo loves to join sometimes for the "child optional" classes. Beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces for classes!

Fit4Mom is a supportive and encouraging place to work out. There are many different types of classes offered at various times throughout the week. I’ve worked out here for years. The studio is much more friendly than a gym and classes can be customized to meet individual needs. Highly recommend!!!

Fit4Mom makes working out accessible and sustainable. I've never "worked out" much. When I've taken classes they've always been beyond my ability- it's discouraging. I, also, have chronic lower back pain and recently mommy's wrist. The instructors always provide alternative movement options and specific ones for my injuries. After my first class, I felt accomplished and that I could continue to challenge myself in future classes. It's also a supportive and inclusive community.

F4M South Seattle is my version of Orange Theory for moms! The instructors are great about modifying their exercises and giving you options for what your body can manage on that given day. My favorite classes are Body Boost (HIIT) for cardio workouts and Body Ignite and TRX Flex for strength training. They are also great about changing the monthly schedule based on our feedbacks. Some of the classes are child optional so that you can bring your little ones if you don’t have child care. For all these accommodations and genuine instructors/trainers, I have been more motivated to work out and feel my best mentally and physically!!! Don’t hesitate to join like I did!

The Fit4Mom classes were SO helpful in keeping my mind and body in shape prior to giving birth to my son (I took Fit4baby and Restorative yoga). The instructors are warm, welcoming, and offer modifications based on how your body feels that day. As a new mom, it has been an awesome community to be a part of and I highly recommend trying out a class!

The owners work hard to be responsive to their clients and develop community beyond just the classes. Plus the workouts are great!! The instructors give accessible instructions that let me protect myself and dial my workouts up or down depending on where I am that day.

This place is my happy place. The HIIT, yoga, and strength training classes have become an integral part of my life. I feel strong, sleep well, and have a built-in structure/routine that helps me be healthy. Instructors are top notch, and always give adaptations so everyone can participate. The other women are awesome and we have fun in class. I'm almost always the oldest person in class, at 64. There's a place for everyone here--you don't have to be a mom.

I’ve been going to classes for the last 2.5 years and it’s a great neighborhood fitness studio able to accommodate a range of fitness levels and conditions. Kept me healthy and strong through my second pregnancy and 2x postpartum!
