The whole team at Gerber Collision and Glass at the Seattle location on 15th Ave NW was excellent throughout the repair process of my car. They displayed exceptional customer service, answering any questions that came forward with understanding and professionalism. They also gave real time updates of my cars repair process which I really appreciated! This team worked incredibly hard to repair my vehicle, they finished two weeks ahead of schedule which I deeply appreciated !! The entire experience was excellent and I am very glad to have my vehicle back which looks and drives like brand new again !

I am incredibly satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass Repair. The team truly went above and beyond in caring for my car. Not only did they address the repairs related to my recent claim, but they also took the initiative to look at damage from a bumper incident almost ten years ago that had never been properly fixed.
They took the time to communicate with my insurance company, secured supplemental funding, and made sure everything was repaired the right way this time around. I’m deeply grateful for their diligence and integrity throughout the entire process.
Their communication was excellent — I received regular text updates every week, and they even completed the repairs a full week earlier than expected.
I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass Repair and this team specifically. Their customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work are truly outstanding.

I am so pleased with the work that Gerber did on my truck. It had been rear ended while parked and, unfortunately, the replacement bumper was extremely hard to find. The staff at Gerber went above and beyond to finally source the OEM parts needed…clear across the Country. They did a fantastic job of communicating with me throughout the process and the repairs were completed faster than I expected. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome and I highly recommend this collision repair company.

We had a run-in with a deer on the Olympic Loop. This Gerber was close to where we live in Crown Hill. Our experience was perfect from start to finish.
They helped us coordinate with our insurance company as well as our rental car. Every Thursday they gave us a text update on the progress for our baby. (that was awesome!) Once the parts came in from GM, they wrapped it up in another week.
They came in ahead of schedule and our car looks brand new again! Everyone was very friendly and the car was delivered freshly washed as well. We highly recommend Gerber on 15th!

Whatever you do don't go here. My car stalled on I-90 after they didn't call me to authorize extra repairs. Brought car in for outer body repair after minor bumper hit and walked out with an unknown battery repair.
