Charles was such a delight and so communicative during our repair. Having to get a repair after a hit & run isn't a great way to start the holiday season, but Fix Auto Interbat made it so easy! Our turn signal light wasn't working after the repair and Charles let us come in early before our road trip so he could fix it for us.

My car looks brand new. They handled everything! The insurance, rental car, all the stuff that I DID NOT want to deal with… made it totally painless.
Charles kept me in the loop the whole time and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long while. Highly recommend.

Charles and his team did an exceptional job from the moment I walked in. They were professional, courteous, thorough in the inspection and repair process. They replaced my bumper and to top it off gave the car a wash. My repairs were fully covered by insurance but I now know where to go for any other needs that may arrive. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Fix Auto Interbay was amazing. Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He made the entire process very easy. The prices are reasonable too. Charles is absolutely the best! He’s incredibly kind, professional, and kept us updated every step of the way throughout our car repair. Our insurance was a total headache to deal with, but Charles made it happen - he handled everything and got them to finalize payment.
Working with him and his team was such a pleasure. When we got the car back, it looked brand new - like it had just rolled off the dealership lot! They even went the extra mile by washing and detailing the car before giving it back to us, and they took care of arranging the rental as well.
This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a repair shop. We really got lucky finding them. The shop is honest, fair with pricing, and delivers outstanding quality and customer service. I’ve had to bring my car here twice (one of them our car was crumbled and couldn’t be driven) for two separate accidents, and both times the results and the experience were unbelievable and very good. I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else! Seriously, Charles is the best!

Just done with their service. The shop owner was dishonest. He was friendly and accommodating before we agreed to the service and made the payment, but his attitude completely changed afterward. Our car had scratches that were not there before, and when we asked about them, he responded angrily instead of taking responsibility. The final charges were also much higher than his original estimate. There are many honest and reliable shops out there — I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I hope the owner reflects on his behavior and treats customers with integrity.

Charles is so competent, he’s genuinely interested in doing the best job for you, a team player too working on everyone’s interest, client and other resources he can align you with, making leaving the car the least painful. He gives great advices on how proceed while car in the shop and tips on other things car related. A very charming personality. Will be back if in need again! Very grateful🌟
