Charles and the team at fix auto are incredibly professional. They communicate at a high level and they will work in your best interest. They put my car into immaculate condition after a small rear end accident but I am trusting them on a much larger incident due to the quality of service I received the first time. If you’re in the Seattle area and get into any kind of accident you should use this shop without a second thought.

I had a wonderful experience getting our car repaired at Fix Auto Interbay. It looks just like it is brand new when completed. They were kind and helpful through the whole process and kept us updated. The staff is very pleasant and professional. We are grateful for Fix Auto Interbay that they are available in our area of Seattle.

Best auto-related service experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly transparent and communicative from start to finish. Constant updates and quality work performed. They make an effort to ensure the job is done right (they are not a “one and done” shop). If any issues arise later, they encourage you to take your vehicle back to get the issue resolved asap. Charles is excellent to work with.

I’ve been to this shop twice now and each time, I’m amazed by how fast, transparent, and responsive Charles and the team are. Charles has dealt with some frustrating insurance representatives in order to get my car fixed and I greatly appreciate it. Definitely recommend this shop!

Charles was very accommodating, explained everything thoroughly, and professional. I was expected to have my repairs completed by a month or so, but the team worked quickly and efficiently and was able to complete repairs within 2 weeks time. This was very critical for me since I needed my car to move across country by the end of October. The team did such a wonderful job keeping me in the loop via text message to give me a better timeline of the progress of my repairs. The auto body repair was amazing as my car looked as good as new! The car was returned washed, vacuumed, and cleaned; such high quality care. Thank you so much!!
