Avoid this shop. The absolute WORST in customer service, taking responsibility for work incomplete and totally ignoring customer issues from work they did. As I write this I have been on hold OVER 40 minutes to speak to their manager about an issue they refuse to take responsibility for despite billing the insurance company for the incomplete work they did. I have been after them now for over two months and although promised by their desk service person Kat, she NEVER returned my call as she said she would. Irresponsible and actually amazing they can’t communicate in a responsible manner. I have no doubt they intend to leave me on hold until I give up or my cell battery dies. Worst shop EVER!!!!

I picked up my car from FASS and almost wanted to cry with relief. They did such an incredible job on the repair, and communicated every step of this process. The car was literally glittering in the sun when I laid eyes on it. They also deep cleaned my tires and they look brand new. I’m vey happy with this service and will definitely use FASS for any future repairs.
Additionally, Kat their receptionist is so kind on the phone and patient even when you call every day for an update.
I definitely recommend this shop!

We are very happy with our experience at Fix Auto. Our car was hit in a parking lot and had a dent on the bumper. Fix Auto replaced the bumper within a week and the car now looks brand new. They even cleaned the whole inside and outside of our car before we picked it up!

I had a great experience here! I was able to get some body work done here as a customer pay, not via insurance. I scheduled an estimate appointment quickly via their website and got the estimate back quickly. I did miss it in my spam folder so it took longer for me to get back to them. I had a question about the estimate and they kindly explained the work that needed to be done. I was able to drop off my car on relatively short notice and they fixed my car in about a week, earlier than promised. I wasn't able to pick it up immediately and they were very kind about it. I got regular updates via email and phone. My car looks brand new now, and they even cleaned my entire car and tidied up the blankets stashed in the trunk (which I had not been expecting). Everyone was very kind and helpful from start to finish, and the work appears to be great so far. Thank you Ben and Kat, who were the ones I worked with! I would 100% recommend them to others who need auto body work done. So grateful to have had such a smooth process for this.

They tend to be very busy and may not be the fastest, but everything is absolutely like new when you get it back.
And after the fact? The slightest little issues? They make it perfect.

My car looks do good! Inside and out!
Good communication, reasonable repair time, car rental place picked me up and I left the rental at Fix once the repairs were done.
I highly recomend Fix Auto on Corson!

Had such a wonderful experience with Fix Auto! Got rear ended 4 weeks ago and my bumper was cracked with damages to the reinforcement bar. Allan and Shelzy were super communicative and managed to get my car into the shop a few days after the initial inspection. Dropped off my vehicle Wednesday morning and picked it up on that same week, Friday afternoon. The bumper looked brand new as if nothing happened. They even washed and detailed my car - the detailer worked magic and it looked like my car came fresh off the lot. Would 100% recommend working with Fix Auto!
