I walked in to get my feet scanned and ended up learning a lot. Taylor, the sales associate, was great! She was friendly and thorough in educating me about my feet and showing me options. I never felt pressured to buy anything, which in turn made it easy for me to pick new shoes and socks. Will indeed be returning

Stopped by today to try a few trail running shoes. I was looking for a specific combination of features for my problematic feet. They had a great collection of shoes and staff was very warm and knowledgeable. Taylor was very patient, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me find something that works for me.

I really like the selection of shoes there. I came in looking for the On Cloudventure and Makayla helped me. She was great! She brought me an additional style to try since it was my first time trying On shoes. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the shoes.

The foot scan recommended a smaller shoe size for me and now I’m legs are hurting lol. No issues on the quality of the shoe but I should have gone with my gut feeling.

The worst. I stopped on to ask a few questions. Was told I had to sign up. After 30 minutes waiting a person came back from break and started to help the first person they saw that was there for 5 minutes and skipped me who was waiting. Never go into this place the help were rude. It was all about the people that work here not about the client. Also they did not have very much to show. For a fake retailer that has this great service is a lie. They all should get customer service training before they talk to anyone. No matter what they say in response do not belive it, this was shocking. The way they communicate is poor. They talk at you, do not make eye contact and talk not facing you and cannot be understood.

Going to the store was the right decision. This was one of the best Customer service experiences I’ve had. Xavier greeted me the second I walked in. They listened carefully to foot issues I’ve been dealing with and asked probing questions that helped both of us understand more what I needed.
I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was directed by my doctor to Fleet feet for finding the right shoe inserts. I’ve never thought much into my foot health past arch support.
Xavier was so knowledgeable about overall foot health. I feel after talking to them, I really have a better understanding about how shoes and inserts affect the feet. They used the machine to measure my feet and steps and went down the line on all the different metrics and what they meant to me.
I highly recommend Fleet feet do anyone who doesn’t know much but needs a comprehensive intimate overview of their personal foot health.
I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything more than I needed. I ended up getting a pair of Salomon’s and some inserts.
Thank you Xavier for providing me exactly the experience I came in for.
