What a beautiful experience - the instructors are affirming and encouraging with the right dose of silliness thrown in. The CD studio is lovely! I just tried a Zen class and floated home.

Im obsessed with Flight Room Aerial yoga!! I have been to 5 classes in the past 30 days since finding renewed interest since my first classes in 2023. The instructors are all so supportive and its very easy to ask for help! I will keep going this time and aim to get to level 3!!
