I rarely give 1 star, but it’s deserved in this case.We were sent a plant from a family member as a congratulations for our move to Seattle. As we always do we took a picture and texted the sender with a thank you. The response that we got from our family was one of disappointment because what we received was not what was ordered or paid for. The plant that came in was half the size of the tree that was ordered. Our family member then contacted their local florist (a family friend) where they ordered it from. The originating florist then called Floral Masters to address the situation and get the plant replaced with what was ordered and paid for. Not only did Floral Masters not make any attempt to fix the issue, they yelled at the other florist and told her never to call their shop again. The lack of basic customer service means that we will never be using Floral Masters.Picture attached of what we got. It was supposed to be a small palm tree.

I came to visit my mom once, as she works in the building, and the worker was so kind and I feel like he really cared about what he was putting together and arranging for me. Today I called again to place another order and Laila was absolutely amazing to talk to and walk me through what she was going to make. Being that I don't live in the state, her honest answers to what she had and what she would put together made me feel even more trustworthy in what she would make my Mom. Thanks Laila and Floral Masters!

Went to pick up 24 flowers that I had pre-ordered a week ahead of time, and paid for, and was given only 20. I asked the man at the counter to count them for me and he counted only 20 and then reluctantly added 4 more. Don't go to this place or they will try to cheat you out of your full order.

The florists are doing a great job, very creative arrangements! And the shop looks cute with all the plants and little things... It's inside the office building, not easy to see from the street, but once you get there, it's totally worth checking!

Floral Masters located in exquisitely finished 2 Union Square, Seattle. Absolutely stunning interior design with a simple palette of natural wood, limestone and white terrazzo at 2 Union Square in Seattle. Curved wall with beautiful limestone cladding envelops the multi bank/cell elevator core. Generally and obviously an orthogonal concrete core in most High-Rise buildings gets boring with predictable layout created for structural criteria.

Sure, it's value add rather than value engineering that always leads to scope reduction! Finally, interior and architectural design and owner attitudes and values are moving towards human experiences rather than ROI.
At 2 Union Square, developer is creative to address it by creating something unique in form of rounded form surfaced with beautiful natural limestone finish with open joints and 3D effects at the top of the wide and grand stairs surfaced with simple terrazzo with white cement and aggregates. Creative lighting design and wood ceiling form adds tremendous value to one's experience of traveling short distance between entrance to elevators. Sometimes simple is beautiful.

I was very happy to see that this store has reopened!!! It's a lot smaller than it used to be but still has the same charm. Walked by on my way out of the office and was pleasantly surprised that Jory was working there, but only on Thursdays she says! (She did an amazing job on my wifes wedding flowers a few years ago!!) She had made up some flowers that was grab n go easy!! Great spot!! Looking forward to adding some plants to my office. Thank you!!

My husband bought me flowers for Valentine's Day from this florist. They charged $50 for two roses, a lily, and some other filler. One day later, they are already sad and dying. Such a waste of money!
