Horrible place to work at!
They don’t treat their young employees right and hardly are they heard when they have issues. The higher management won’t do anything about the matter even when they follow protocol to make a complaint . This is why so many employees have left and I hope they start listening to the employees about their complaints regarding the treatment they have received by their management

I’m writing this review to share my experience with this store, which I’m rating four stars. They have a great selection of shoes—definitely better stocked than most Foot Lockers and Champs locations in the area. The variety and availability really stood out.
The reason I’m not giving a full five stars is because the customer service can be hit or miss. Some staff members come off a bit grumpy or negative at times, which can affect the overall shopping experience. That said, there are also some really nice and helpful employees, so it balances out.
All in all, it’s a solid place to shop if you're looking for good kicks and solid inventory.

I bought from here $125 shoes and in the home I checked that was a small for me and I returned it to get one size bigger. They say you cannot change. This is fraud. And with the bullshit customer Service first time they wanna sell on you the shoes next day if you wanna change it or return for any reason, they are not except

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and found me the perfect size in a new brand based on what I was already wearing and even rang me up while I was getting my shoes back on. One of the smoothest and best retail experiences I've had in a long time

Went in to buy a pair of shoes for my son but they didn’t have his size in stock, was told we could order them and have them delivered to us in 2 business days… it’s been 6. No shoes in sight and we need them for an upcoming trip. Terrible.

I took my son here two days ago to get nike retro jordan’s and Kenshin had amazing service skills, he was professional and he went above and beyond to help my son find the shoes he wanted. He deserves a raise and I hope he knows how much his customers appreciate him. Thank you Kenshin!

Went to footlocker today with the intention of getting some sneakers, namely the Jordan 11 shoes that dropped today. Normally, I've never had any issues until today. I walk in, they get them out the back, I try them on, and then they set them up front behind the register for me to buy upon leaving. I then proceed to the register and they said the ones I got were the last size to be held for someone for later and I couldn't buy them aka some "raffle" process that I have no idea of how that even works as I have never encountered this situation before.
It was about 4 PM or so, and they said I could come back at 5 PM, but I needed to get back home for dinner as such.
As a result, I get my time wasted on trying something on I couldn't even buy and made for an awkward moment. They also lost nearly $200 of business from me and, most importantly, did not explain the situation very well if at all and did not give me insight to how this "raffle" process works. It seemed there was a breakdown in communication which could have prevented this awkward situation and no one seemed to take ownership of this mistake and try to accommodate me as the customer beyond telling me to come back a 5 PM, which wasn't happening as I mentioned earlier.
As with anything in life, you can do great but the real test is when mistakes like this happen and can really put a bad taste in people's mouths, especially when there's no integrity to own up to the screw up and try to accommodate the customer and work the problem.

Asked about military discount. The girl said yes, then proceeded to explain about how you have to register for the discount. She was rude about it. Her name is Yasmin. I would definitely not have her behind the counter checking people out. Unprofessional and has no experience in customer service.
