Asked about military discount. The girl said yes, then proceeded to explain about how you have to register for the discount. She was rude about it. Her name is Yasmin. I would definitely not have her behind the counter checking people out. Unprofessional and has no experience in customer service.

They backdoor all of the new shoe releases within themselves or to storeowners and make it impossible to win raffles. Was at a resell store and saw bags of footlocker shoes coming in on a saturday in the middle of the day and there were no new releases that week.

Thank you very much for your help today PJ! He listened to my specific needs for my odd shape feet, and kept helping me till I find the perfect fit. To find different sizes, he even went even next door (kid's footlocker) to find the right one! Usually, I have to go to many stores till I find anything that just fits me. Today, I got a pair that fits and works perfect for gym workout as well! Appreciate it!

I was there shopping for shoes, yet there was only one worker named Kaye attending hella customers while the other workers scrummaged around. She was super nice for the amount of customers she was dealing with!
