We will never ever rent from Fox again. We rented a car for 10 days at Seattle airport and when we got there we were given a Kia. We woke up on our second day there to a call from the police that our car had been stolen from the Marriott parking lot during the night. Whoever stole it, rear-ended a truck and ran away. Fox would not give us a replacement car, charged us the entire deposit and 4 days rental. Our insurance company paid Fox in full for the car. We then got a bill from Fox asking for $2,300 in lost wages because the car was stolen. Our insurance agent told us that Hertz and Enterprise, who we normally rent from, alway waive that fee. In fact, our agent said the only company he has seen enforce it is Fox. We tried to negotiate with them and at first they said no, thats the price and if we don't pay it they will send it to collections. While I appreciate that they ended up giving us a break, we still ended up paying $1635 to them in addition to the deposit, the 4 days of rental, and the full insurance payment. We will be going back to Hertz after this.

I rented an SUV for 13 days and they had the best rates I found at the time. When we arrived they were very considerate of our situation and were still willing to get us a car for my trip. Just make sure you have the extra $500 for the deposit.

Easiest pick-up/drop-off I’ve had so far. Bit pushy on pick-up but accepted my position on things.If you’re not going where gas is as “cheap” then buy the half or full tank. Worked out well for me. Helped that I knew the gallon price in the area I would be staying. Overall a good experience.

Awful awful awful customer service. We rented a car because our car broke down. When you extend the rental they scam the price big time. We got the car for $14 a day. If you extend your car it's $20 additional fee PER DAY making the car $34 a day. When I called to ask if I went and got a different car would I be paying $14 a day and the answer was yes. They are a complete scam. They are rude and don't want to answer questions about it. I will never use them again. Save your time and money chose a well known place because this place has to lie to get business! Scammers.

After making a reservation on Orbitz and getting a confirmation number and being quoted the price of approximately $80 or so to rent a car I was told that I could not rent a car without a $500 deposit and a credit cardand told that Fox rental cars policy is to hold $500 for all rentals.Customer service lady at the desk actually told me that all rental cars in AMC in the building right in the airport United rental car area which she described as a federal building have the same policy .She also told me that she had no bookings for me or debit card on file despite my having a receipt and reservation and confirmation number through Orbitz. Now this is not against this is not Orbitz's faultI think that Orbitz should probably reconsider doing business with Fox. I'will continue to use Orbitz.

Crooks. Their agents try to sell you on the toll road pass. For someone that has never been to the area it seems like a deal at $12 dollars a day. Whole time I am in Seattle never ran across the toll road. Talked to locals and they said there is only one and it is easily avoided. What a rip off. Never renting from them again and would not ever recommend.

My car did not come with a spare tire, and I had a flat with no cell service. Luckily, two men came by and gave me a lift into town, an hour away. I am a 73- year old woman. This could have gone bad, but I had no choice. The customer service woman I spoke to was very unconcerned about my well- being. It took a lot of talking to get her to send a wrecker to tow the car to a tire service, and then I was charged for the tire which was described to me as "old" by the wrecker guy and the two men.

We were really happy to discover Fox Rental. Their prices beat the competitors by over $130!Plus, their customer service was great… when we arrived (at almost 11PM), exactly the car/SUV we reserved was ready for us, and the check-in/return processes were incredibly easy.FYI, at SeaTac (like most major airports), you have to take a shuttle from the airport to the ‘rental car hub’, and while it is a free shuttle and works just fine, be sure to allocate plenty of time to pick up the rental car because it did take us an additional 15-20 minutes to get to Fox, plus the line at the counter (which moved quickly, we didn’t wait more than 5-10 minutes) and the paperwork. All good, just saying give yourself some time so you don’t have to stress.The return didn’t take more than 2 minutes. It was awesome.Great job, Fox team!

Not sure about all the bad reviews. We had a quick check-in with no hassles from the staff about insurance or other optional services. Car was clean and new. It wasn't at a completely full tank but the check-out person made a clear note on the rental agreement so no issue there. Drop off was quick and again hassle-free. Just what I expect in a car rental. I'll use them again if the price is competitive as is was here.

This was the first time I was renting a car from FOX at SeaTac, WA. The service was fast at the pick up and the renter wanted to upgrade my rental and give me a SUV but when I saw the car I declined the offer. Even with this, the service was fast and got a full size car. The interior and exterior of the car was clean . The return process was also easy and fast. Overall, I am happy about the service, I'd def rent from them again.

I had a great experience overall with fox. The pick up with Kate was smooth and the extras were easy to decline without pressure. The vehicle met my expectation and was clean. I had it for a full week and returned it without any billing issue. I was apprehensive at first, because the price was much cheaper than the other counters And I really feel like I had the best value for my money.

Save yourselves and go to enterprise or something else, the higher cost is worth it. I opted for an upgrade which wasn't really an upgrade. The first car had an engine light pop up within 2-3 days of driving it. The second car rental they gave me for an exchange had about 60k miles, the steering wheel shook violently everytime you drove 60+ mph, the brakes would also cause the car to shake. Oh there also seemed to be some sort of vomit on the back seat along with a bunch of french fries and goldfish, it's like they didnt even bother to check this car. I dont understand how this company services their cars or deem what is safe for their customers drive. Safe to say I am not happy that I have to call and come back again for a 3rd exchange. I am pretty sure this thing is a deathtrap that they gave me.

Car (4runner) was not very clean, inside or out. Lots of bugs on outside and it looked like a hasty vacuum job on the inside. The price was good and the vehicle worked fine. I was renting to go hiking, so the condition was not a big deal, but if I was renting it for a wedding or formal affair, I would have been upset.

I received exceptional service from the check in counter from Vu and at time of pick-up from Op. Manager Maricel.The staff tried their best to make sure our family of 6 received a comfortable and clean ride, they even offered us a spared iPhone charging cable to use for the duration of our trip (I did personally thanked Maricel upon returning the charging cable at the end ofbthe rental). I know they don't have to offer up any spear stuff, but they did it genuinely when they learned my phone is low on power after a transcontinental flight.Top notch and friendly customer service even at the gate out and return processes. It is rare to see so many staff working happily and in fantastic teamwork nowadays... well, I found it at Fox car rental - Seattle (Sea-Tac) Airport.The ride we upgraded was a 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid. It was very comfortable and functional, and we probably saved over $100 on gas. We actually paid $80 in gas for 6 days of rental, we drove 605 miles (yep, I kept track on my mileage) and the van stayed idle for at least 3 hours during our trip to Canada and back. However, the interior cleaning of the vehicle can be a bit better, we did find some stains on the tan color cloth interior. But beisde that, everything went perfectly!

Speedy service. Friendly staff. I got to rent a 2022 Toyota 4 Runner, which was very handy for our trip to the mountains. Would definitely recommend. It is like a 5 minute bus ride from the airport to the rental facility.
