Flowers were delivered same-day as requested. I realize that arrangements won’t look just like photos, but the final product for the deluxe arrangement we ordered was disappointing.

We ordered flowers from here for my mother’s celebration of life! They were beautiful, delivered the day before and 2 weeks later I still have some that just opened! They were also the most reasonably priced for what you get in the area! Big plus is the customer service! Everyone that was at the store was smiling and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

DO NOT BUY. I was gifted a bouquet of flowers for decoration for my wedding rehearsal. All the hydrangeas were dead on on arrival and brown. I called, and the receptionist said she would replace the flowers with a new delivery, then 4 hours later I received another call where the person on the phone called me a liar & she refused to honor the delivery. The photo attached is how they arrived. Atrocious customer service & 0 concern for ruining my rehearsal dinner decorations.Update after Fran’s response: the flowers were delivered Saturday night after their close of business. I called to leave a voicemail, but their mailbox was full. They are closed Sundays. The soonest possible time I could call and actually speak to them was in fact 2 days later. I called first thing on Monday morning as soon as they opened.Their response below is 100% indicative of the customer service you will receive. I personally believe that if they can’t deliver alive and not frozen flowers into an INDOOR environment as they correctly state below, they should not be selling flowers. I received stunning flowers from other vendors in the same weather with no issue. Buyer be aware - do not support this awful business and horrible business owner.

This is our neighborhood florist and they never disappoint. The owner is very good at what she does and has great taste in floral arrangements. Although we have ordered many arrangements over the years, recently we ordered a funeral wreath, last minute and it was so beautiful, I had to share.

I came in relatively last minute to pick up an arrangement for a friend who was putting their pet down today. The woman greeted me right away and asked what I was looking for. I explained the situation and she was very sympathetic. She showed me a large poster with many options and recommended an arrangement as well. I ended up choosing one myself and asked how quickly it could be made (since I came in so soon before my friends appointment). She said ten minutes, it was done in five. The flowers were extremely fresh and were going to open over the next few days. I spent $66 with tax included and I wish I had the option to tip with credit card because this arrangement was perfect. I so appreciate the quality of flowers you have as well as the ability to make any arrangement right away. Thank you for making a painful day a little brighter. I will be telling my friends of the amazing customer service, beautiful flowers, and to go here from now on. -Jenn at Saltwater Animal Hospital

Was looking for a special flower arrangement for our mother for her 91st birthday and Mother's Day. She absolutely loved them and we were asked by a couple at the restaurant where we had gotten them because they thought the arrangement was gorgeous.
