Elevator is broken, yet again. And still they have cart escalators but they're either intentionally turned off or have been broken for years. The elevator being down wouldn't be an issue if they'd just fix the cart escalators. I'd go so far to say that they are 100% in violation of ADA requirements. They're gonna get sued by someone if they don't hurry up and fix it. The Target in Northgate operates their elevators and cart escalators with zero issues, how is it so hard Kroger?

It’s incredibly frustrating that your store refuses to exchange rolls of quarters. Believe it or not there are apartments in this city who still have quarter-operated washing machines. It’s a disservice to the community. Don’t offer “money services” unless you actually can honor the title.

Biggest store I've ever been in grocery wise...and they have a downstairs. Got Tri Tip steais on sale..thank you Jesus .saved 35 dollars..lots of walking, but the store had everything! Great shopping day! Thank you so much Fred Myer!!

I don't normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but gotta give a shout out to Rick who was in the seafood/meat department and Lanise on check out on 8/11/24! They were both exceptionally kind and friendly. Rick went out of his way to get me the best quality scallops that they had, and Lanise had a super friendly attitude that brightened my day. Thanks Rick and Lanise!

this place is just a repackaged QFC, with more overpriced selections than before. I hope the trader joes goes up soon so this place can burn to the ground.

They have an incredibly rich selection of products, and a whole floor for home decor/home and auto tools that are less frequently used - it's always good to find goods that you think you could only get online. People working there are so friendly and helpful and patient, from customer service to phaymacy to security personnel! This has become my go to grocery store!
