Do not leave your credit card/debit card stored on the website. Last week I received two identical charges on two separate bank accounts. I don't have a card, am a disable veteran so I depend on deliveries. I don't know why they do this, but if I have to file yet another charge with the attorneys general with Washington and Oregon states, I will. So now they made my bank balance after the double charge on one account negative $97.22. This is a terrible business practice and highly questionable by law. So after each transaction online with Fred Mayer, I have do delete the payment method so I am not double charged. This is a warning to the billing depart to prevent indictment for fraud, which I and many other Americans take very seriously. Heads up, the indictments are coming.

They will ticket you for parking your car in their lot while you shop at Fred Meyer. I wont be going back, a $65.50 premium to park while getting my groceries is insane.

Cindy in the liquor department is elite. Give that woman a promotion, giver her a raise, give her everything and anything she wants. She deserves it.

Very aggressive security guard at this location. I travel by foot and have to have a bag with me. It was empty. He tried to rip my bag out of the cart and told me that I had to let him leave it outside the front door where it could get stolen easily. I told him that I use for groceries and that it was empty with nothing in it. He didn't care and tried to take it away from me. He tried to kick me out of the store and refused to let me purchase my groceries until another employee and security guard stepped in. I will not come back to this location.

I started shopping here just because the pharmacy was convenient. The pharmacy stopped accepting my insurance, so I had to switch pharmacies, but kept getting groceries here out of habit. Then they got a guard for the door to check everybody out when exiting the store. Super uncomfortable and inconvenient, so I stopped shopping here and really haven't missed it at all. If you want cheap groceries, there's a nearby Grocery Outlet and if you want fancy groceries, there's a nearby PCC. Fred Meyer is a lame in-between. The employees are all wonderful and have to put up with way more than they ought to.

Ellen in the meat department on Christmas Eve was so sweet and helpful. She’s such a light and it was wonderful to see someone enjoying helping others. Thank you, Ellen!

Exceptional customer service. This location ALWAYS has a great selection in all food departments including VEGAN ? and the staff is always in a good mood and willing to help even with the most difficult situations. Wouldn’t change this location for the world! ?????❤️

Overall the store is ok, but the only problem is Kayla. I’ve been going here for years and experienced professional service, until Kayla came around. She racially profiled customers and has no sense of professionalism. I’ve unfortunately had to deal with her rude attitude 6 times and have decided and encourage everyone to avoid this tire, until she’s gone.

I just want to thank the pharmacists and the customer service representatives of how much I really appreciate your hard work. This pharmacy does a great job of verifying and getting patient prescriptions filled as quickly as possible. Sometimes there are long lines, but this is not their fault at all. They really do care about their customers. If you need a really good pharmacy to have your prescriptions filled and this Fred Meyers is near you, I personally would pick them!

First time going to this Fred Meyer. Had the worst most invasive experience here.I work a Mobil job, my brother and I both went in to use their bathrooms. I had some stomach problems and was taking care of what I need to. While I was using the bathroom, I guess there was someone in there smoking dope. They kicked those people out. And then they thought that I was smoking dope and came to my stall a few time knocking on the door telling me I can’t be in there doing what I’m doing and peeking through my stall while my private parts are visible and while I continuously told them that I was going #2. I tried speaking to multiple employees about it and the manager if I could speak to the employee who invaded my privacy. And I got no direct answer on who it was. I ended up calling customer service and they said that “they aren’t going to go and hunt down the employee and that I felt as if my privacy was that invaded call 911” so now I am filling a police report because my privacy was completely violated when that employee chose to look through the crack in the stall while my private part was visible. I am a woman and I got told it was a male employee. Who would want that to happen to them honestly. I’m not trying to be a Karen but I am also not going to do anything when I have a male looking through my stall because they think I am doing something that I would never do. I’m not even from Seattle was just stopping there to use the restroom. Not to have my privacy violated.

On top of all but DOUBLING prices in the last couple of years so they can extra-gouge customers, they have persistently kept pay low and REFUSE to hire sufficient workers to service the store. Lines are a constant issue and they never open more than three registers. To add insult to injury, they are now attempting to enforce receipt checks at the door. Not only is this COMPLETELY not supported by the law (meaning that yes, you can absolutely walk straight out the door and they can't touch you, receipt check or not), they're blaming thefts for this disgusting policy change. HIRE. MORE. WORKERS. Staff the actual store. STOP GOUGING CUSTOMERS.I won't be returning to this store and I'll be avoiding all Fred Meyer stores in the future. This level of greed is absurd and destructive, and there are a hundred other places I can get what I need without being treated like a criminal on my way out.Oh, and if your grocery store has a problem with people stealing food, your grocery store IS PART OF THE PROBLEM.

This time the self checkout annoyingly did not scan multiple items because a reusable bag was placed in the bagging area. The whole order had to be rescanned. This situation is a Norman door. Although previous experiences here were great.
