The store was clean and organized and the staff members I interacted were all helpful. I'd like to highlight two separate staff members in particular: Nae and Elridge.
Nae who was behind the customer service desk was incredibly proactive and polite. She was instrumental in me being able to pick up my bulk order and was able to juggle incoming phone calls, coworkers, and fellow customers with a seriously magical flow. Even when a situation was unusual she handled them all with tact and a willingness to problem solve.
Although my decision to use the self-checkout lane meant that Elridge was not someone that I had the pleasure to interact with while checking out, I did get to hear him efficiently and charismatic-ally bag the groceries of customers going through the regular checkout lane. And even though self-checkout was as cooperative as it always is - read: not - hearing Elridge engage fellow customers while bagging elevated my checkout experience as well.
The staff that work at a business have the ability to make or break it and both Elridge and Nae deserve all the recognition, praise, and compensation for their continued excellence.

They treat you like a criminal just for shopping here. The self-checkout videos are the last straw for me. It's not even much cheaper than other stores anymore; it's not worth dealing with this treatment.

Very very spacious car Parking area. The mall is also very big, lots of varieties of groceries and lots of materials for house requirements. Many counters for billing.

I went shopping here this evening and immediately, upon entering the store, witnessed one the managers “Courtney” speaking incredibly inappropriately to one of the employees. It made me very uncomfortable to see the kind of tone and volume she thought was acceptable to direct towards someone, and I’ll never be coming back to such a business that allows employees to be treated so poorly. Shame on the people that allow this kind of behavior to be perpetuated.

I came to the store ten minutes before closing at 9:50 PM only to be stopped by the same security guard who had previously given me a hard time earlier about getting some water. The last time he had locked my cart with his clicker and demanded my receipt.
Well this time the security guard tried to stop me from going into the store because he says it is closed. I had my phone in hand and looked at the time and it is 9:50PM on the dot. I explained that it's 9:50PM and the store should still be open for 10 minutes. We go back and forth with this for 5 minutes before I demand to speak to a manager. I tell him he is wasting my time and money and he says nothing.
A store employee says it's okay for me to shop for what is now 5 minutes as long as I come to the register at 10PM. It is now 9:55PM. So I have 5 minutes even though I originally had 10 minutes. However, despite this, the same security guard followed me all around the store because he seemed offended somehow that another employee gave me permission to shop there. I took a cart that was just sitting in the open with some cardboard in it, which I later found belonged to another employee who wasn't near it at the time. Yet, there was a guy that literally tried to steal some orange juice from them while I was going back and forth talking to them, and after pushing him around, he got past security and went outside with the OJ.
Yet despite that this security guard chose to follow a paying customer around the store out of spite that he couldn't waste my time rather than engage in the actual asset protection he was presumably hired to do from people stealing stuff from the store and getting away with it.
What was a simple trip to buy a few items that I definitely had time to buy was now just a huge and unecessary ordeal. The security guard again at 10PM came up to me and demanded that I pay for the stuff and stop shopping. I was so upset by that point that I stopped shopping and left.
Pro tip: Your closing time is listed as ***10:00PM***. If you close at 9:50PM then put ***9:50PM***, not 10PM. You wasted an hour of my time and energy paying 2 Lyft rides back, for nothing, unnecessarily, so I am giving you 1 star.

Definitely don't recommend this location! This store is surrounded by homeless encampments and you will see the people wandering about the store trying to steal things and nodding off! Not to mention I don't feel comfortable leaving my car out in the parking lot! LONG lines everywhere you turn, as it seems they DO NOT have enough staff, especially at the service desk! That line is ALWAYS about a half hour wait at the very least! The store is poorly stocked and dirty, they NEVER have the things I came to pick up or that are on sale! That being said, I am switching stores and sending my prescriptions over to the Greenwood store instead.

I was accused of shoplifting by the employee in the new Beauty Stronghold. Every time I shop here it becomes more and more militant: barriers at the entrance, locking up products, enclosing certain depts so there is only 1 way in and out. When so few actually steal, why does everyone get treated like a shoplifter?

I went to customer service to make a return on 8/5/25 at 4:26pm a guy named Steven helped me didn't say hi or barely talked much. When he returned my cash he threw it on the counter and then threw the receipt after. I went and complained to the manager and he told me we are the customer service manager and that he was busy and got stuff to do mind you there wasn't anyone waiting in line except me. I told him I will call the corporate and he told me please do! Very rude managers
