Had a great shopping experience at Free People! Trendy styles, friendly staff, and a cool atmosphere. Will definitely be back for more!

Super cute clothing and accessories, a nice store with friendly and helpful employees. :) Returning an item that I had purchased from the online store was super easy to return in-store as well. Located in the U-Village right on the corner (past the Bartell’s & toward the Apple Store, Lululemon, etc)

My wife really likes thier stuff and they have good customer service. Easy to order online and return in store if it doesn't fit. Their sizes seem to be really difficult to predict.

I was the only one walking around the store where 2 sales associates clearly saw me. No one even offered to say hi. Overpriced ragged clothes.

Was in the store yesterday. Came in specifically for the pair of jeans in the window. I found them in my size and was just looking at other things... there were two associates on the floor. One was a manager and one was not. Neither acknowledged me. I was about 3-4 feet from them and could hear their conversation. The regular employee seriously asked her manager "is there anything I should be doing?". I thought to myself, YEA, you should be speaking to customers and selling product...After that, I put the jeans down and left. Is there anything she should be doing... smdh.

if I could give them negative starts I would!! awful experience.. as soon as i stepped out of the dressing room one of the employees came up to me and asked if she could take it from me because it probably wouldn’t fit me. UNBELIEVABLE. Absolutely horrible consumer service. DEFINITELY shop somewhere else

Less than welcoming experience. I do fit into the size range offered but the two ladies working decided to chastise me and my friends for being above a size zero with dirty looks and "whispering" comments. I don't suggest going there unless you fit the exact target audience.

Love most of FP clothes. This location doesn't seem to have much inventory. But then not many stores do last and this.

Honestly the rudest customer service I’ve ever received. This place is gross. Not only did one of the workers follow me around the store immediately when I entered but she then went on to push that I let her old the items and even made numerous rude comments about me needing a “bigger size” and insinuating I wouldn’t fit into them.I did and I’m a medium mind you in shirts...I don’t know it just doesn’t set right with me. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I never ever leave a review! But the staff in this store were so rude and mean that even my bf was shocked on how the girl was treating me and we immediately left the store. I just saw that many others had the same experience. I wonder why any of these reviews caught the store managers’ eyes

What an awful experience. I had to return to the store not 24 hours after a purchase to have a security device removed because staff left it on. I wasn't excited about it, but love the ice cream at uvillage so I looked on the bright side. The girls working there totally insinuated I had stolen the garment. It was still in the bag they provided me, she rudely demanded a receipt after looking me up and down (I have tattoos and purple hair) and she never even said sorry. I walked away feeling so disappointed. I'm a nurse, I'm educated and in customer service and I would never treat another human being that way, let alone at work when the mistake was theirs. They could have easily begun with apologies, asked too look up my account for me to verify the purchase (or named a policy) and threw in another apology for good measure. Easy peasy. What an awful experience.
