I had my items in storage here from 2016-2018 and then again since 2022. Just do yourself a favor and store your belongings here. I had a scary situation where and ex partner tried to get unauthorized access to my storage unit while I was on another continent. The amazing front manager ( I am sorry i cannot recall his name) felt like something was off. He informed me and ended up putting an extra lock on the storage unit until I got back, just to be safe. He worked with me in changing all my codes and locks so that all my belongings are safe. I know in 99.9% of storage units my stuff would have been stolen or vandalized in this incident. He really went above and beyond to make sure my belongings are safe. Many of which include sentimental items from childhood. I really whish I could give more stars. Even though I am rarely in Seattle anymore. This is an invoice I happily pay every month when it comes in. Thank you so much for protecting my belongings.

Very quick and easy to get set up. The lady I was working with was very knowledgeable and friendly, would recommend if you're looking for storage space.

I used this place for the whole time I lived in Seattle, 7 years. I left Seattle due to a family health crisis, and they were really great. Usually the only stories you hear about storage spots are horrible/nightmare cases, but this place has been great. The only downside I would say is that I wish they had later hours, but they are a smaller facility, not a huge chain, so I understand not having their facilities/offices open late. They are very communicative and fairly priced. Well run and managed, I never felt unsafe coming here by myself, the areas were clean, and my items were safe and secure the whole time. Highly recommend this facility. It came highly recommended from a former coworker and I am so glad I decided to use them.

We've had two storage units here for over two years. It has been a great place. Owen, in particular, has always been courteous and very helpful. He keeps the place clean, has fixed a number of things in the building, and is very attentive to what happens in and around the building. The units are clean and dry. They're also reasonably priced. We're quite happy with this facility and the folks who operate it. Thanks!

So far, my experience with Fremont Heated Storage has been great. Both the employees I've encountered there has been most helpful. The procedure is easy. The place is well lit, clean, no frills, bathroom, carts. One suggestion might be to have some variously sized step stools and ladders easily assessable. Parking very limited, but seems to be no problem. Price excellent. For me, very convenient location.
