The pastries are wonderful here and so are the specialty coffees. I’ve come here so many afternoons. Cardamon rose was very smooth!

Super cute little coffee shop/bakery. I got a earl grey latte and breakfast sandi and it was so good. The staff was nice and the best part is they have tampons in their bathroom! So considerate! Love this place!

Seriously one of the best and cozy coffee shops I’ve been to. The staff is very helpful and kind and the shop itself is kind of small but in a very warm and cozy way. It has a really nice and welcoming vibe. On top of that the almond and ham and cheese croissant were excellent. The vanilla latte my boyfriend and the iced matcha latte I bought was very tasty as well. Will definitely be coming back on our future trips.

(Visited on January 24, 2024)I heard that it was a bakery and cafe made by Japanese people, so I picked the nearest branch and visited it. It was disappointing that since it was a bakery, they didn't have many types of bread and only pastries. The scones were big so I only ate half of them and packed them myself. The store is smaller than I thought, so I think it's a good place to stay for a while.

Food - the bakery is really tasty. We tried a matcha muffin and blueberry muffin as well as the ham and cheese and the regular croissant. Very flakey croissants! The muffins were very good too - so good my partner ate his before I could try a bite of his. For drinks we got the matcha and the mocha. The sizing is really solid here as are the portion sizes. I think the bakery was fresh and delicious and the drinks were also good. Service - very kind and attentive. They were constantly sweeping up and wiping down as folks were coming and going (those croissants are flakey!) and were very friendly. They also have a small dog treats bowl too! Ambiance - it's a small and cozy little spot tucked into the side of the first floor of an apartment complex. There's both indoor and outdoors but the patio is quite small. I think they might have more seating across the walkway when it's warmer? They are dog friendly but we sat outside at the one patio table with our pups because it was a bit busy and crowded inside. There were quick in and outs, families, couples, solos, pups, babies, and lurkers with laptops so this cafe seems to serve a diverse crowd. Very cozy for lingering but also very efficient for a grab and go too. Overall - would definitely come back and try more bakery or some other drinks. The matcha was nice but I want to try their lattes too.

Nice coffer shop with a few outdoor chairs and indoor seating. Nestled in a apartment building they get a lot of sun, so great spot on nice days to sit outside by their water feature and enjoy a coffee.Baked goods look delicious

I had an appointment at UW and needed a quick snack. Luckily Fresh Flours was kitty corner from the building. The cashier and barista were very friendly, there was a good selection of snacks and my order was done quickly. I got the onion and Swiss croissant, which was flaky and a perfect balance of salty cheese and sweet caramelized onions. Will be back next time I have an appointment.

Love the little coffee spots around town, and this one was fantastic. The drip was fresh and full of aroma, and the specialty drink wifey got was tasty as well. Don't skip the snacks because the ham biscuit was on point. To top it off, the server/ barista was super sweet, and the place is cute/ cozy!

The service was super friendly and fast. There isn't too much room for seating but it has a nice vibe and there is some outdoor seating as well. The mocha was very good and the pastries are just awesome. This will be my coffee shop when I'm in town from now on.

I have been working in SLU right across from fresh flours for the past 6 months and I have been coming here since day 1! The location is extremely convenient for me, and if there's no rush, I can leave my desk, and be back in under 10 min. If there is a rush, at times uh the mornings, the baristas are still pretty efficient, and usually I'm out within 15 min! They have a very nice selection of pastries, and every single one I've had tastes great. My favorites are the green tea muffin and the sausage and mushroom pitivier. I also really like their matcha lattes. They were previously offering an option of an iced strawberry matcha with the choice of getting it in seltzer rather than milk (a summer seasonal drink) and this was one of my favorite items! Now I stick to a hot matcha, but will sometimes mix it up with a pumpkin spice chai. Everyone who works here is extremely nice. The cafe itself is really cute, really bright, with barstool seating and also some couches. I've also sat and consumed my food and drinks on the outdoor patio on warm days. So thankful I work right by here
