The environment, the clothes, the workers. Everything about this place was incredible, top notch for sure. If I lived in Seattle, this would be my go-to shop I swear. Next time in Seattle, I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is wonderful is regards to how economically aware they aware. How helpful, how they guide you through the process. Their donation set up and more. Super friendly staff. It was my first time using a consignment store and i had alot of questions which they were super patient with.
That being said, i donated alot of fast fashion things. I was told later in an email no fast fashion accepted which was a large chunk of my stuff that was donated, including cute tops and dresses. I was not informed of this earlier, it upset me a little bit, as i would have retrieved some clothing if i knew. I would've appreciated more clarity around that in advance.
Nonetheless, greatful for this place! Will definitely be utilizing again. Just teaches me to be more consciously aware of where my clothing emerges from as well.

A West Seattle favorite stop for this fan of used & vintage clothing. Well-curated, fair prices, quality labels, fun vibe, and super-nice owner!

I used to love consigning here, but the new process essentially requires you to be ready to donate anything you bring in. They no longer go through things and give you back anything they don't think is a good fit for their store; they say they will immediately donate anything that is damaged, but what happens to anything they don't sell? I have frankly never heard of a consignment store that tries to sell everything you bring in -- and yet the person there told me straight out, "that's what everyone does now." I do a lot of consigning, so I know that's not true. If I wanted to just donate my stuff, I would do that and not go through the process of consigning. It's like they think you just want to throw away whatever you bring in. It used to be such a great place, but sadly, not any more.

I get all my "new" clothes here! They are picky about what they consign so everything is in great shape and priced really affordably.

Men's consignment is a bit scant in Seattle, but I think I've found my favorite store. The owner personally curates the men's selection and there were lots of articles that fit the bill for my personal style. I'm eager to visit again soon!

FJC is fantastic! A favorite west seattle consignment and thrift store. Absolutely love this shop and the owner. Super excited about the glow-up it’s getting right now, too!Definitely worth a visit to refresh your wardrobe or pick up a few select clothing pieces.

FJC is a friendly and helpful consignment store in West Seattle. I've been able to find amazing deals on clothing there. It's really nice that everything is sorted by size, so I don't end up falling in love with pieces that are less likely to fit me. I still shop all the racks (because sometimes size really doesn't matter), but it's incredibly helpful to start with clothing racks that are more likely to work out and look good on my body. I've never been a typical shape, style, or size in clothes, so this works out great for me. They even added men's clothing, and I check those out, too. It's nice to have a thrift store where I feel welcomed and safe, and it's a non-judgmental space. Some shops that I've walked into I turned on my heel because I could feel the vibe was off right away. At Funky Janes it's different. They're inclusive of non-binary, trans, cis... and the owner is a woman and a POC. In a place where I'm going to feel vulnerable and get naked (to try on clothes), it is incredibly nice to know I am accepted for who I am before I even get to that point. In my opinion, their selection is the best in Seattle. They carry high quality, brand name clothing, as well as daily wear clothes. I have had luck getting shoes, hats, scarves, skirts, dresses, tops, sweaters, jackets, and even jewelry. The only thing I haven't had luck with yet is pants, but that's only because thus far I've been too lazy to try any on here. It's extra nice because I can come sell my clothing, too - AND they actually pay good money for the clothes! Places like Buffalo Exchange pay pennies on the dollar for clothes I spent good money on. But FJ's actually pays out fairly, and gives a better rate if you spend it on clothes there, too. It's allowed me to have so much more flexibility with my wardrobe.I'm really looking forward to coming back and giving my summer and fall wardrobes a big boost in a couple weeks! Thanks, ladies! Y'all are wonderful. <3

I love popping into Funky Jane's to see what treasures I can find. The store is well curated, has great brands & an awesome selection. 2 of my favorite things in my closet came from here & I got a great deal on both! The staff is friendly, helpful & will help you find anything you need. I also love that this is a woman owned business & up cycling the clothes I own that I never wear. Whether you need clothes for work or play, Funky Jane's has got you covered.

Funky Jane's always has the best clothing and accessories! I was able to consign my clothing here as well, and they made the consignment process really simple and smooth. West Seattle has a few consignment shops but this one knocks it out of the park!!
