Not a great selection. Staff is friendly enough. There are always weird people in or around this building. Did they just get robbed and the entire front of the store busted out?

I will never do business again with GameStop! I spent over $100 online for a Christmas present which one, never got delivered, nor ever shipped! I called the store, UPS, delivery escalations and emailed support...to only be told the package is lost and that I would POSSIBLY receive my refund in 2 weeks!!! So not only am I without a Christmas gift, I don't even know if I'll receive my refund?!? none of the agents, staff or management seemed to care, they all just say to be patient! first off I've been patient, the order was placed Dec 10th, with expected delivery of Dec 15th it is now the 19th. The tracking number provided has not sent me updates since the 12th! Very disappointing since I purchase collectibles (which aren't cheap) but due to the lack of help, professionalLiam and poor policies I will never shop at Game Stop again! I will be keeping an eye out for my return as I have lost faith in this company. Do better.

Miles & Miguel kept it chill overall during busy times and helped me out on my bday. Nice shirts and pokemon booster packs. Pulled some legendary and rare holos. Yay

This is a great store. The selection and organization is better than most Gamestops. The manager is friendly and actually helpful.

I hate to be “like that,” but a sign in the window saying “please be patient” with no information about when the store will actually open is not sufficient information. This is what I get for trying to support physical stores, I guess ?♀️

Please change your hours. It’s 12:30 on a Sunday. Door sign says you should be open. Doors are closed and gate is down. I’m glad I chose not to purchase to pick up today because I would have even screwed.

GameStop is the worst company I ever dealt with they take your money and then don't give you what you ordered and then you have to wait 10 plus days to get it back so don't get a membership it's a waste

It's good to see a video game store I seen as family is still with us and open for shopping. I've always loved the person to person feel when buy video games. I've see the negative reviews from less than satisfied people. I can only say, when there's no more video game store's we lose as gamer's. Thank you GameStop for caring.
