I bought clothes from Gap and Old Navy. They are owned by the same company. I tried to returned some pants to the Gap because my email receipt said the Gap. When I drove all the way to the University Village they told me they had to go back to Old Navy. Shouldn't the receipt say the correct store. If you own both stores they should accept the return. I'm not buying from either again if they are going to make it this inconvient to return. They should have accepted the return since they put the wrong store on the receipt.

Friends and family sale going on right now with 40% off regular priced items. Lots of quality tank tops for layering at $15-$20 each. Fun novelty jewelery. They still have some USA Olympics t-shirts, jackets and one tote bag. Lots of GapBody items on clearance.

Was lied to about a promotion for GAP card sign up. She said I couldn’t be approved due to having a card already, and got an email saying I was approved.
Closed the card immediately, super unprofessional. It ran a hard credit check as well.

We recently visited the GAP store in U Village for the first time. We had a wonderful experience! Andrew has amazing positivity, was extremely patient and helpful! He also made some really good recommendations to us. Have to say one of the best customer experience in a long long time. Thank you!
