Today December 16th 2023 we went for Christmas presents for family members the costumer service it was totally unprofessional. The lady at the fitting room though she could boss my daughter around like is she owned the place. She was no help when we asked nicely for it. She was really strange and there was no manager when we asked it them either. Definitely not going back.

I came into the store to return a garment which was outside the return time period. Hoping for a courtesy, as the gap store in Renton has been shut down and we couldn't get to any other store in time. The manager/owner Andrew is the not even ready to hear us out and when asked about speaking with the area manager just ran away and wouldn't entertain.Very disappointing experience

Had an amazing experience at the store today. Great place to buy clothes at. I was looking to buy my parents some clothes and was not sure what I should be looking for. The staff is amazing and helped us out with this. I especially want to thank Katie who assisted us very kindly and went above and beyond to help us out. Really appreciate the help.

A review for Gap as a company:Gap changed their return policy to 30days in May and I had no idea. I’m still within the 45days they used to allow but they aren’t allowing me to return in store or through their customer service team.NO GRACE PERIOD, terrible customer service!! I have to buy things online because they do not carry my size in store and now I’m stuck with 6 jeans that do not fit me because I’m a few days past the window.For the sake of your customers staying loyal, you shouldnt be so stingy strict with this window that even your managers or customer service can’t adjust.Gap’s partner brands allow grace for late returns, so it’s shocking Gap is so strict with no way to shift.

It's a shame that a store such as GAP has such dismal customer care services. It's of utmost importance when terms and conditions are changed or renewed that It's transparent and available to the public from the get go, especially when they are so strict on it.We purchased a number of items from their store, with the knowledge that we could return all the items within the usual time frame of 45 days (the way it was done previously), but this time around they refused to take it back, claiming that a new return policy is now in place.Firstly, How are we to know of this, especially when doing an online purchase? You should highlight these changes so customers are aware and informed.Furthermore, no communication is possible whatsoever with their Manager, as calls keep being forwarded endlessly when one reachs out to their customercare.Talk about a bureaucratic approach to system of work!
