After a delay in my initial purchase which turned out not to be the fault of the store, the owner went to great lengths to make everything right. The item was shipped to me quickly and she made sure it was packaged with great care. Thank you

one of the few places who still require masks, thank you! the pandemic isn’t over especially for high risk people (most of us at this point since getting infected so many times).
i love their oils, incense and candles 🖤

There are very cool things in this store. However, I can’t shop there. Every time I try they won’t let me in if there are like 3 people in there. The mask thing is just weird at this point, and I just tried to go on Saturday at 11:15. They are supposed to open at 11:00, but they were still closed. ?!?! I have disposable income and they will never see any of it.
Regarding your response, I have no problem with someone choosing to wear a mask, but at this point I suppose my opinion is it should be just that, a choice. Not saying I am right, just my opinion. Also, you may have been there shortly after 11:00, but your door was closed and locked at 11:15. I have tried to shop there 5 times, unsuccessfully, and I will not be trying again.

Extremely kind, really hoping they'll hire eventually if not now because I'd totally work there 24/7! Incredible products, most are from local artists!

My favorite store of all time! So many fantastic and unique trinkets that anyone can find enjoyable. They’ve got a wide variety of items to choose from, so a little bit of everything for everyone. I’ve started a collection of their skull figurines because they’re beyond adorable. As a disabled individual, I particularly appreciate their masking policy and consideration to those who mask for their health. Also, their employees are thoughtful and provide excellent customer service. Cannot recommend enough!

It is generally a good store with a lot of things. I am taking two stars off because when I got there they required me to wear a mask. This is 2024 in covid is over it was hard for me to believe that they're still wearing masks inside and requiring their customers to wear masks. I won't be back to buy anything there

Amazing little gothic witch shop. Spent so much time looking at every little detail in this beautiful space. Their staff, like their products, are truly one of a kind.

Amazing jewelry, books and artwork from local artists. One of my "must go-to"s in the area and its well worth any wait. Small space locally owned with beautiful interior.

Very fun little shop, great place to find presents for your friends if they're into witchy things, dragons, cats, medieval things, pagan things, etc or if you need cards or fun clothes

Covids have been over for years. Why the masks? Moving on, I get the wait in line because it is a small shop in a busy part of town, and things can get pretty cramped if not under control. Selection was..odd..there are small art pieces on the walls for $150+ and resin cast skulls and gargoyles. You can get off the internet everywhere else with some mixed in local artist stuff. The cheaper resin items were kind of a letdown to be honest, expected more than just cheap knick knacks and over priced small art prints.
