The best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. All my scripts shipped to my house, no long waits for vaccines, boosters, a friendly and caring staff a very knowledgeable and friendly pharmacist with Dr. Patel.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pharmacy. Dr. Patel's exceptional qualities were truly evident during my child's flu shot experience. His level of consideration and thoughtfulness was truly remarkable, making the process much more comfortable for everyone involved. Additionally, he went above and beyond by providing flu shots and COVID boosters at our Gurudwara in Marysville, which was a great convenience for our community. Dr. Patel not only administered the vaccines, but he also took the time to address any questions or concerns, bringing a sense of reassurance and easing anxiety for our members.

Dr. Vikash Patel is an incredibly caring pharmacist, with an outstanding staff supporting him.After seeing Dr. Patel on several occasions within the past few years, I always felt very well informed about the vaccinations I had received and asking questions was never an issue. I trusted in Dr. Patel's responses, as he often cited his recent research, readings, and experiences.He patiently takes the time to explain complexities in an accessible way, and it's clear that he's passionate for his work and the people it helps to serve.Scheduling and correspondence with Dr. Patel's pharmacy is easy and straightforward, and I definitely would recommend for anyone to seek care from Dr. Patel & team.

Vikash is such a phenomenal pharmacist. He really cares for the well being of the community. He makes everything so seamless whether it be refilling a prescription or getting any kind of vaccine. His passion and empathetic manner really shows through when you converse with him. He is so dedicated to his profession and gives his 100% at all times. This community is lucky to have a healthcare provider like Vikash.

I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent customer service and empathy of the pharmacist. Aside from being welcoming, he went above and beyond to assist in transferring my prescriptions.The process of switching my prescriptions to a new pharmacy was something that I was worried about, as past experiences have been less than stellar. Staff guidance, care and follow-up made the process stress free.The friendliness and genuine care of the staff is what truly sets this pharmacy apart from others. If you want a seamless process to transfer medications, a clear understanding of your medication regime, and have all your questions answered, this is a great place. Highly recommend.

Registered for my Covid-19 vaccine booster with Genoa and got an automated text that my appointment was cancelled. There is no way to reach a person by phone to learn why. Text only suggested rebooking, which would have put me a week+ out from getting a shot. I arranged my work schedule this around getting this shot so I would have time available to recover from any side effects. It is unprofessional and harmful to cancel a patient's appointment without even telling them why! People are making work scheduling decisions around these appointments!

I went to get vaxed via an appointment. I didn't know it was a part of larger healthcare facility, so I was a little lost on which building it was actually in. I walked into the centre area and asked an employee walking past where it was, and she helpfully told me it was the building right behind her that had a sign that said "Genoa" on it. Doh! I went up to that building and it had two doors. As I started reading the various signs on each door, a woman smoking outside asked me what I was looking for. I told her I was there to get vaxed, and she said I'm looking for the pharmacy and motioned to the door to my right. I thanked her and went in. There, a the lady at the counter gave me a clipboard with forms to fill out, and within 5 min, a tech gave me a shot and informed me of possible side effects and not to take Ibuprofen. She asked me to stay for 10 min, and gave me the vax card, and some Tylenol in case I felt sick in the next few days as a side effect. I sat down and scrolled Facebook while the techs in the pharmacy gossiped and talked story (while working, of course!) . A lady came in and asked if they did covid testing there, which a tech said no, and she asked where she could get a free test for her relative. I checked on my phone and told her it says Wal-Greens does it for free, and then the tech said he will go pull up a list for her, and he did just that. 10 min went by and another tech asked me if I felt ok, which I replied in the affirmative, and she said I can go home, and told me to have a good day. Pretty much every person I ran into or talked to there was helpful, nice, or at worst, just doing their job (adequately) . I was in and out in less than 20 min. 5/5 Got nothing but good things to say about my brief visit here.
